My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

Set a guard over my mouth, Lord; keep watch over the door of my lips. Do not let my heart be drawn to what is evil  Psalm 141:3-4 Father God, set your guard over my mouth, help me speak gentle and kind words of life and healing, words that build up rather than tear down; let them be sweet to the soul and healing to the bones. Seal my lips from all unrighteousness, O God, remind me that I will be accountable for every word that comes out of my mouth. Don't let me be drawn to what is evil in your eyes, but draw me close to you and never let me go, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high; he will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness. He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge;  the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure. Isaiah 33:5-6 Lord, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress, give us wisdom and knowledge and lead us to the path of righteousness. Let us remember that this world is only temporary, O God, and in you, we can have the key to treasures that will last for eternity, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean;  wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.  Psalm 51:7  Merciful and gracious Father, I want to be clean and pure in your eyes, I want to be cleansed from all unrighteousness. I humbly come to your throne of grace to ask forgiveness for my sins, wash me, cleanse me and make me a new creation, O Lord, help me walk in your ways and do what is good, pure and righteous in your eyes, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth. When the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and honored the word of the Lord; and all who were appointed for eternal life believed. Acts 13:48 Father God, I thank you for the privilege of knowing your word, of being able to read and share it without fear of persecution. Thank you for choosing me, O Lord, help me to be a vessel for you, a light to this dark wold, to reach those who feel lost and hopeless. Help me share and honor your word, help me be a living testimony of your love that others may come to know you, be filled with your joy and Spirit and have eternal life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us;  the God of Jacob is our fortress. Psalm 46:10-11 Blessed Lord God Almighty, thank your for being my God, my fortress and my shield in times of trials. Teach me to be still and trust in you and your plans for me, O Lord, help me surrender to your will and hear your voice as I find peace being still in your loving arms, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.  Do everything in love. 1 Corinthians 16:13 Blessed and merciful Lord, keep me on guard at all times, focused on you and not on the world. Help me stand firm in my faith, in your love and tenderness and be courageous when I face uncertain futures trusting that you are always standing by my side. May everything I do, be done from the love I have for you, O Lord, may my actions always bring you honor and glory and draw me closer to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;  I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. Psalm 32:8 Dear heavenly Father, instruct me and teach me the way I should go, put your desires for me in my heart and help me accomplish them. May you keep your loving eye upon me, O God, as I give you glory, praise and honor in everything I do and as I put all my hope and trust in your unfailing love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
