My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom. Proverbs 11:2 Heavenly Father, I praise you for your goodness, for your abundant blessings and grace. I thank you for teaching me that you oppose the proud, but give grace to the humble. Grant me the virtue of true humility and wisdom, O God, keep me strong in faith, but humble in spirit. May you be glorified today in all I say and do and may you continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one. John 10:27-30 Thank you Jesus for your great sacrifice on the cross, for the gift of salvation and the hope of eternal life, for your amazing promises and protection. May I continue to hear your voice and follow you in faith, with an unwavering desire to do what is right in your sight, strengthen me and keep working in me that no one may take me away from you, O Lord, I pray. Amen

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. James 3:13 Merciful Lord, I thank you for your mercy and grace and humbly come to your throne of grace to ask for heavenly wisdom, wisdom that can only come from you. Help me be a doer of your word, O God, help me be humble and kind, and my actions reflect my love and obedience to your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​​If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand? But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you. Psalm 130:3-4 Heavenly Father, thank you for your grace and mercy, thank you for not keeping a record of my sins. Thank you for giving us your Son, that we may know you through Him and for the hope of eternal life. I know that nothing is beyond your mercy and forgiveness and I humbly ask that you forgive every sin I have committed, cleanse me, come and live in my heart, O Lord, take control of my life and let me serve you with reverence and honor, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them. Psalm 145:17-19 Great are you Lord and most worthy of praise; your greatness no one can fathom, you are full of compassion and love for us and hear our prayers when we call out to you. Please continue to be near me, O God, let me feel your presence, your comfort and your love. Remind me that you are always in control of everything and all I need to do is trust you because you love us with everlasting love and you are faithful in all you do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. Jude 1:20-21 Merciful Father in heaven, thank you for loving me as I am, with all of my sins, failures, and weaknesses. Help me to live in harmony with everyone, to build them up and not tear them down, to comfort and love them so that I may experience the abundant richness and fullness of your amazing love. Help me have a sweet and gentle spirit, O Lord, to love others with the same eternal love you have for me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. Hebrews 4:16 Gracious and loving Father in heaven, you are faithful, just and loving and I thank you for loving us unconditionally and being patient with us. I come boldly to your throne of grace today, O Lord, to ask for your blessings, for your forgiveness, mercy and grace. I ask that you will fill me with your peace, strengthen my spirit and walk with me through the difficult times in my life, may I feel your loving arms around me as I lay all my burdens at your feet, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
