My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

  The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:30-31 Merciful and loving father in heaven, I thank you for your amazing and eternal love, for your patience and mercy. Help me love others unconditionally as you do, help me remember that we are all your children and that you love them as much as you love me. Help me love and obey you with all my heart, mind and soul that I may be a reflection of your love with my actions and not just words, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  “God opposes the proud but favors the humble.”  So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God,  and at the right time he will lift you up in honor.  1 Peter 5:5 Merciful and forgiving Lord, blessed be your Name in all of the earth, th ank you for being my God and my King,  thank you for allowing me another day of life to serve and worship you.  Teach me to be humble, to turn away from arrogance, O God,  help me be gentle, patient and loving as you are.  May my actions help lead others to your throne of grace, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  Look at the birds of the air,  for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns;  yet your heavenly Father feeds them.  Are you not of more value than they?  Matthew 6:26 Mighty and loving God in heaven, keep reminding me not to worry about tomorrow because you are in control of everything  and I am more valuable to you than the birds you feed and take care of daily. Thank you for reminding methat each and every day you will supply all my needs as I seek your kingdom passionately with all my heart, O Lord, and trust that everything will turn out according to your purpose and will for my life, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  This is love, that we walk according to His commandments.  This is the commandment, that as you have heard from the beginning,  you should walk in it.  2 John 1:6 God of mercy and love, help me walk in obedience to your will and your commandments,  help me stay close to you and honor you in all I say and do.  Help me walk the walk you have set before me, not just in words, but in actions, O Lord,  let me feel you walking right beside me and fill me with your everlasting love, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, Jeremiah 29:12-13  Thank you Father God for hearing my prayers, for being attentive to my needs and stretching out your mighty hand to save me when I call. I will seek you, with all my heart I will praise your name for your unfailing love and your faithfulness, your love, Lord, endures forever. May I humbly walk before you today, O God, and may I bring honor and glory to your name, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Turn from evil and do good; then you will dwell in the land forever. For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Psalm 37:27-28 Father God, fill me with your Spirit and help me get rid of anything unrighteous in my life that will take me away from you. Put your laws and desires in my heart, O Lord, may my feet not slip, may my lips not sin against you that I may walk in righteousness before you and dwell in your kingdom forever, I pray in Jesus name. Amen

  The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned. You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest. Isaiah 9:2-3 Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, I thank you for being a light to this dark world, for letting me see your glory, your salvation and for giving me hope for a future because you are the light of hope. Help me walk in the light of Jesus, who came as light in the darkness to free us from spiritual oppression, to remind us when things seem hopeless that you are at work and we can trust you because you will bring victory, hope and comfort to those who love and trust in you, I pray in Jesus name.
