For unto us a Child is born unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder.and His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end
Isaiah 9:6-7

Mighty God in heaven, we may never be worthy of your love and the great sacrifice you did for us over 2000 years ago, but we are so very thankful that your Son, Jesus, our wonderful counselor, mighty Prince of peace came into this world to save us from our sins. May my actions reflect my grateful heart and may I walk in the footsteps of my Savior and bring you honor, I pray in His Holy Name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble

God is our refuge and strength,  an ever-present help in trouble.  Therefore we will not fear,  though the earth give way and  the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,  though its  waters  roar and foam  and the mountains quake with their surging.  Psalm 46:1-3 Father God, thank you so much for being my refuge and strength, thank you for being there for me when I face troubles.  Help me  live  one day at a time without fear, O Lord, trusting that you will make all things right in your time. Help me surrender to your will  so that I may be at peace and praise you though the storms, I pray in Jesus' nam e.  Amen
