He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

Father God, I humbly come to your throne of grace today to confess all my sins, I ask that you will purify my heart, cleanse it from all unrighteousness and fill me with your Spirit. Give me hunger for your Word and a willing spirit to do your will and walk humbly before you, O Lord, may I bring honor and glory in everything I say and do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
