My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness



“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
 2 Corinthians 12:9

Lord God, Sometimes things happen in our lives that we cannot comprehend, sometimes we go through such troubled times and turmoil that we can't see past our hurt and pain. Help us trust in you completely, O God, help us remember that nothing comes as a surprise to you and that your grace is sufficient for us and your power will be made perfect in our weakness. Straighten us and fill us with your everlasting peace as we faithful follow you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
