Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,

 nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful;

 but his delight is in the law of the Lord. Psalm 1:1-2

Holy Lord, I thank you for calling me to be your child, I thank you for making me a new creation and I humbly ask that you give me wisdom to walk in righteousness. Guide my steps, purify my thoughts and help me not to walk in the counsel of the ungodly, O God, may I delight in your ways and you Word each day, I pray in Jesus' name.
