Fear God and keep his commandments

Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Merciful Father, I thank you for being my God, my refuge, my portion, my strength, my stronghold and my salvation. Thank you for your word and your commands that guide us and keep us walking in righteousness in your loving eyes. Help me walk blameless before you, O God, keep reminding me that nothing is hidden from our eyes. Keep me away from all evil, keep my way secure and give me victory over sin that I may stand in your presence and receive my reward according to your righteousness, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
