Add to your faith goodness

Make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, Love. 2 Peter 1:-5-7

Thank you Lord for your divine power, grace, peace and abundant love, thank you for your precious promises that give us strength to face each day. Help me live a godly life, O God, full of your Spirit and love that I will never stumble, and that I may receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I pray in His holy name. Amen

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. Help me walk the path you have for me, O Lord, help me to stay strong and firm in faith always in every situation, that I may one day receive the crown of life you have promised, I pray in Jesus' name.
