​​Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise. Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.
Proverbs 19:20-21

Thank you Father God for being an awesome God, for all the wonderful things you have done for me, for all the blessings you have poured out in my life and for everything you are still going to do. Thank you for teaching me to trust in you and your plans for me, O God, to be patient and wait for your perfect timing. I give you full control of my life because I trust your purpose for me is greater than I could ever imagine. May your purpose for my life always prevail over my will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. Help me walk the path you have for me, O Lord, help me to stay strong and firm in faith always in every situation, that I may one day receive the crown of life you have promised, I pray in Jesus' name.
