The Lord blesses his people with peace.

The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. Psalm 29:10-11

Mighty Lord and King of kings, I'm thankful to know that you are sitting on the throne and you are in control over the floods of our lives. Though the waters may seem to be rising in our lives, remind us that you have the power to calm the strongest storms. May you strengthen our faith, O Lord, bless us with your peace and help us to trust that everything will work out according to your Holy will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble

God is our refuge and strength,  an ever-present help in trouble.  Therefore we will not fear,  though the earth give way and  the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,  though its  waters  roar and foam  and the mountains quake with their surging.  Psalm 46:1-3 Father God, thank you so much for being my refuge and strength, thank you for being there for me when I face troubles.  Help me  live  one day at a time without fear, O Lord, trusting that you will make all things right in your time. Help me surrender to your will  so that I may be at peace and praise you though the storms, I pray in Jesus' nam e.  Amen
