My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

​​I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2 Lord God, maker of heaven and earth, I thank you for being my help, my sun, my shade, my shield, my protection, you neither slumber nor sleep, but watch over me day and night. I am so thankful that I can call on you in my distress, and you answer me and save me. May I always seek you with all my heart, O God, may I walk in obedience and praise you with an upright and grateful heart, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Joshua 1:8 Thank you heavenly Father, for your words of encouragement, for your amazing promises and everlasting love. May I keep your your word deep within my heart and meditate on it day and night, O Lord, may I be obedient to your will as you strengthen me and fill me with your Spirit that I may receive your abundant blessings, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Matthew 5:44-46 Loving and forgiving Lord, sometimes it is not easy to love those who have hurt and wronged us, but I want to be fully obedient to you, so I ask that you cleanse my heart from all anger, bitterness and hatred, that you clothe me with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Teach me to pray for those who have wronged me, Father, to extend your mercy and forgiveness to them, so that they might also receive the mercy I have received. May the peace and love of Christ rule in our hearts, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I walk in the way of righteousness, along the paths of justice, bestowing a rich inheritance on those who love me and making their treasuries full. Proverbs 8:20-21 Father in heaven, thank you for another day of life, thank you for giving me a chance to know you, love you and serve you. Help me seek the path of of righteousness and justice, O God, bless me and fill me with the treasures of wisdom and knowledge and may the riches of your grace be poured on me as I do your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. Psalm 103:8-10 Thank you Father God, for being so compassionate and gracious, for forgiving my sins and not treating me as I deserve, but with compassion and love. I am grateful for your amazing, everlasting, abundant and unconditional love. May I learn to be more like you, O Lord, may I be full of compassion, slow to anger and abounding in love as you are, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​​Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:4-5 Thank you Father God, for choosing me, loving me and adopting me before you even made the world, thank you for your kindness, grace and the forgiveness of our sins. Please continue to shower us with your loving kindness, wisdom and understanding, O Lord, that we may be holy and without fault in his eyes, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lamentations 3:40-41 Merciful Father, great is your unfailing love, you are full of grace, compassion and mercy and you are always ready to hear our prayers. Examine my heart and my mind, O Lord, help me lead a blameless life in your eyes and be my strength and my fortress of salvation. Lift me up in your righteous and loving arms and help me be strong and trust in your perfect will for my life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
