My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 Lord, I thank you for loving us as we are, not because of the way we look, the way we dress or how much money someone has or does not have. Create a humble and pure heart in me, O God, fill it with your Spirit and love that I may desire to honor you and give you glory in all I do. Help me to look with your eyes, to show love and mercy as you do and always stay humble and walk in your righteousness, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.” The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord. Lamentations 3:24-26 Almighty God in heaven, your throne endures forever; your mercy and grace are fresh every morning. Thank you for reminding us that the plans you have for us will always exceed our wildest expectations. Help me seek you with all my heart, O Lord, to trust in you, and quietly waiting for your perfect timing, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24 Father God, I thank you for rescuing me, a sinner, I humbly come to your throne of grace, with a sincere heart, full of gratitude for all you have done in my life. You are full of beauty, splendor, power and mercy and I want to worship you with all of my heart, mind, body and soul. May my heart be inclined toward you, with full submission to your will that I may worship you in spirit and in truth, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Isaiah 55:8-9 Loving and merciful Lord in heaven, blessed be your name in all of the earth, I am so thankful that your ways are better than my ways, your thoughts are always better than mine and your purpose for me is much more than I could ever imagine. Help me embrace your will and lean not on my own understanding, O God, help me take your hand and step forward in faith, and surrender myself completely to your will because I know your will for me is good, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. Proverbs 19:21 Holy Father in heaven, blessed be your name in all of the earth, thank you for caring for each and every one of us, even though we do not deserve you. You know my heart, my desires and my plans, and I ask that you help me remember your plans for me are better than I could imagine, Fill me with your hope, your love, your peace, O God, and help me be patient and wait for your perfect will for me, I pray in Jesus' holy name. Amen

“The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea” Psalm 93:4 Mighty Lord in heaven, thank you for your incredible love and promises, thank you for being our God, our Redeemer, our Healer, our Defender and our Loving and merciful Father. Let us rest with the assurance that you will watch over us, protect us in the middle of the storm and hear our prayers when we call, I pray in Jesus name. Amen
