Fathers, raise your children with discipline and instruction about the Lord

As for fathers, don’t provoke your children to anger, but raise them with discipline and instruction about the Lord. Ephesians 6:4

Thank you heavenly father for giving us earthly fathers to instruct us and discipline us in your ways. Bless them and give them wisdom to raise and instruct their children with love and patience. Teach to protect them and love them unconditional as you love us and protect us, I pray in Jesus name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
