Start children off on the way they should go


Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.  Proverbs 22:6

Father God, thank you for the hope and encouragement you give us for our children, thank you for your wonderful promises. Though some may seem to be in hopeless situations, we can be re-assured that your Holy Spirit will never give up on them. Help me be an example, and most of all, to lead by example, O Lord, and to be faithful in prayer that none of your children will perish, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. James 1:12 Mighty and wonderful God in heaven, blessed be your Name in all of the earth, thank you for your amazing promises and wonderful words of love. Help me walk the path you have for me, O Lord, help me to stay strong and firm in faith always in every situation, that I may one day receive the crown of life you have promised, I pray in Jesus' name.
