I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains m




But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. I call out to the LORD, and he answers me from his holy mountain.
I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me. 
Psalm 3:3-5

You are my shield, O God, and I know that you are close to those who call upon your Holy Name. I am so thankful that I can sleep in peace and wake up knowing that it is you who lifts me up and sustains me. May your loving arms surround me and may I never forget you are my loving Father, who will always take care of me, I pray in Jesus name. Amen

Thank the Lord, for He is good

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
