Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord. Let us lift up our hearts and our hands to God in heaven  Lamentations 3:40-41

Merciful Father, great is your unfailing love, you are full of grace, compassion and mercy and you are always ready to hear our prayers. Examine my heart and my mind, O Lord, help me lead a blameless life in your eyes and be my strength and my fortress of salvation. Lift me up in your righteous and loving arms and help me be strong and trust in your perfect timing, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
