The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him

​The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Fear the Lord, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing. Psalm 34:7-9

Father God, I need you every minute of the day, I take refuge in you and comfort in your holy Word. Send your angels to watch over me each day, O Lord, to watch over my loved ones and deliver us from all that would harm us or take us away from you. Give us your joy, your peace and help us not fear evil because you are with us, and you will take care of all our needs my God, my strength and my Lord of peace, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand—when I awake, I am still with you.
