For God so LOVED the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16-17

Thank you, Father God for choosing me as your child, for loving me so much that you send your only Son to die for my sins, that I may have eternal life. Thank you, Jesus, for willingly sacrifice for me, a sinner, for becoming one of us to feel our pain and sorrows, to bring us hope and love. I know I could never repay your amazing gift, but I do want to serve and love you and tell others about the hope that lives in me, that they too may have the hope of an eternal life at your side. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
