My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.  Romans 13:11 Mighty God in heaven, blessed be your Name in all of the earth, thank you for the hope of salvation you have given us through your Son Jesus, and for the endurance and encouragement we receive from your Word. Help me put on the armor of light and walk in faith, righteousness and holiness before you, O Lord, put in my heart the desire to share your Word with others that they too will wake up and receive salvation, hope and joy, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. From the house of the Lord we bless you. The Lord is God, and he has made his light shine on us. Psalm 118:26-27 Father God, you are mighty and merciful, loving, slow to anger and full of compassion and I rejoice in you daily. I thank you for being my God, I thank you for blessing me and loving me with your unconditional love. Let your light shine on me, O Lord, light up my path and guide me each day, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Psalm 46:10-11 Gracious and Holy Father in heaven, we get so busy and worried about the things of this world that we forget to take a step back and just be still, we forget to meditate on your Word and promises and be filled with your peace. Help me be still, Lord Almighty, be my refuge and strength, my fortress in times of trouble. Remind me that you are still on the throne and all I have to do is surrender my will to you and you will handle my all my cares, worries and fears, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12 :2 Father in heaven, sometimes situations seem so hopeless, scary or impossible, but I am so thankful for your promises and strength, thankful that I know you are bigger than any of my problems or worries. Teach me to trust in you, even when I cannot see what is ahead. Teach me to pray first, instead of being overtaken by discouragement or fear, O Lord, and use every situation for your glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 Thank you Lord for reminding me to be humble and turn away from wickedness that you may hear my prayers from your heavenly throne. Forgive me Lord because my heart can be so wicked and my flesh so weak, I stumble, fall and struggle. Help me seek you with all my heart, to humble myself before you and submit my will to your mighty and loving hands that your ears may be attentive to the prayers of my heart and you may lift me up and heal my soul, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Light shines on the righteous and joy on the upright in heart. Rejoice in the Lord, you who are righteous, and praise his holy name. Psalm 97:11-12 Heavenly Lord, Creator of all, I rejoice in you and give you praise for all the marvelous things you have done in my life. You guard the lives of your faithful ones, you have compassion on those who love you and do mighty wonders for them. May the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O Lord, may your light shine on me and keep my heart upright before you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:9 Thank you Mighty God in heaven for giving us your Word, for teaching us how to live, for showing us what is right in your eyes and for being so patient with us. Help me put it all into practice, O God, help me be person you created me to be that I may bring you honor and glory. May your peace be with me and may you guard my hear and mind as I walk in your ways, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
