Wake up from your slumber


The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.  Romans 13:11

 Mighty God in heaven, blessed be your Name in all of the earth, thank you for the hope of salvation you have given us through your Son Jesus, and for the endurance and encouragement we receive from your Word. Help me put on the armor of light and walk in faith, righteousness and holiness before you, O Lord, put in my heart the desire to share your Word with others that they too will wake up and receive salvation, hope and joy, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
