The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. 

Psalm 34:7-8

Merciful Father in heaven, blessed be your holy name, I take refuge in you and comfort in your promises. Send your angels to watch over me each day, O Lord, to watch over my loved ones and deliver us from all evil, evil doers and anything that would harm us. Remind us not to fear because you are with us, and you will take care of all our needs. Be our strength and give us your peace knowing that we are in your holy hands, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand—when I awake, I am still with you. Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
