Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.

So now I am giving you a new commandment:
Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.
Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.
John 13:34-35

Almighty God, thank you for loving me unconditionally, thank you for teaching me how to love and forgive.
Keep reminding me that I should love and forgive as you did, O Lord, that I am just a sinner and not better than anyone else in this world.
May I be your true disciple by being a reflection of your love in this world, I pray in Jesus name.
Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
