My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe in this?" John 11:25-26 Thank you Jesus, for your amazing love and great sacrifice on the cross for me, a sinner. Thank you for the hope you have given us for eternal life at your side and for the promises of the blessed and  abundant life that you have offered us, if we only believe. Wash away my sins, O Lord, take my heart and purify it, bring me close to you and never let me go, I pray. Amen

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16-17 Thank you merciful Father in heaven for loving us so much that you sent your Son to this world that we may not perish, but have eternal life in your kingdom. Give me boldness to spread the good news to others, O God, that they too will come to know your loving Son and be saved and filled with your love, joy, peace and hope, in the precious name of my Savior' Jesus I pray. Amen

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38 Merciful Lord, I thank you for your never ending and amazing love, I thank you for the hope and love you have given us in your Son, Jesus. May I treasure and reflect on your everlasting love and remember that nothing I have ever done, or will do, will ever separate me from your love. Live in me, O God, fill me with your loving kindness and help me be a reflection of your amazing love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

He does not delight in the strength of the horse; He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man. The Lord takes pleasure in those who fear Him, In those who hope in His mercy. Psalm 147:10-11 Almighty Father in heaven, thank you for your mercy and hope, for reminding me not to put my trust in anything on earth, but to trust and hope only in you, my Rock, my Savior and Redeemer. Give me the desire for righteousness, O God, that I may do what pleases you and brings honor and glory to your Holy Name, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord; I say, “You are my God.” My times are in Your hand. Psalm 31:14-15 Blessed Lord in heaven, you have shown me your marvelous kindness and everlasting love, you are my God and I'm thankful to be your child. I know that I am in your hands, that my future is in your hands and you always know what is best for me. Surround me with your mercy, O God, strengthen my faith and help me trust in you and your plans for me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Cause me to hear Your loving kindness in the morning, for in You do I trust; cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to You. Psalm 143:8 Father in heaven, thank you for your loving kindness each morning, thank you for being my fortress, my refuge and my strength. Let me hear your loving voice as I begin my day, O Lord, guide my steps and everything I do as I lift up my soul to you and put all my trust in your blessed and Holy hands, I pray in Jesus' precious name. Amen

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17 Almighty and merciful God in heaven, thank you for your Word, thank you for your promises, I know that every good thing, every blessing I have received has come from you. Strengthen my faith, O God, give me hunger for your Word and fill me with your Holy Spirit that I may have understanding and fill my heart with your love and joy, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11   Father in heaven, thank your for reminding us of your great power, mercy, grace and love. Thank you for taking care of us and always watching over us and for setting eternity in our hearts. Your ways are so far above ours, and we cannot see the plans you have for us, Lord, but please give us faith to trust beyond our sight, and to know that you will make everything beautiful in its perfect time, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. Psalm 29:10-11 Merciful and loving Father in heaven, your peace and strength are eternal, you are enthroned as King over everything, and I am thankful to be able to come to your throne of grace. When my spirit gets overwhelmed with the floods of this world, fill me with your peace and strength, O God, draw me from the depths and into your glorious arms and keep reminding me not to live in fear, but live in peace knowing that you sit on the throne, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:33-34 Thank you Father God for being my refuge, my hope and my strength, for reminding me that you are in control of everything and I should not worry about the future. Help me replace worry with faith, O Lord, to remember to seek your kingdom and righteousness and you will take care of everything else in my life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

 “If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. John 14:15-17 Thank you Father God, giver of all good gifts, for your Son Jesus, my Savior, and for your Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth, love and holiness. May your Spirit teach me to know you and to seek you daily, O Lord, may He guide my path and fill my heart with your joy, love, peace and holiness, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I will declare that your love stands firm forever, that you have established your faithfulness in heaven itself. Psalm 89:2 Lord, you are mighty, and your faithfulness surrounds you, righteousness and justice are the foundation of your heavenly throne. May your love surround me and may your Spirit guide my path, O God, as I walk in obedience to your will and declare with all my heart that your love stands firm forever, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord,  the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2 Lord God, maker of heaven and earth, I thank you for being my help, my sun, my shade, my shield, my protection, you neither slumber nor sleep, but watch over me day and night. I am so thankful that I can call on you in my distress, and you answer me and save me. May I always seek you with all my heart, O God, may I walk in obedience and praise you with an upright and grateful heart, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord always keeps his promises; he is gracious in all he does. The Lord helps the fallen and lifts those bent beneath their loads. The eyes of all look to you in hope. Psalm 145:13-15 My God and King, you are merciful and compassionate, you keep your promises, which never fail. I will praise your name forever, I will meditate on your majestic, glorious splendor and your wonderful miracles. Thank you for sustaining me, O Lord, for helping me up when I fall and lifting me when I am so bent beneath the load that I feel that I cannot continue. May my faith and hope in you continue to grow as I continue to trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.  2 Timothy 1:7 Father, thank You for your promises, love and strength and for calling me to live a holy life. Fill me with your spirit of power, love and self-discipline, O God, help me remember to press forward in victory, not in fear and to walk the path you have set before me with confidence, I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. Psalm 25:4-5 Gracious Father in heaven, you are my Savior and hope, your ways are loving and faithful, you guide the humble in what is right and teach them your way. Turn to me and be gracious to me, O Lord, grant me the desire to do only what pleases you, teach me your paths, guide me in the way I should go, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise. Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. Proverbs 19:20-21 Merciful and loving God in heaven, I thank you for your amazing and unconditional love, I thank you for all the blessings you have given me.  I know that we can have all the plans in our hearts that we want, but only you can make them happen, only your purpose will prevail. Help me trust you completely with all my heart, O God, give me wisdom to accept your will, your plans and your right timing, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.   John 14:27 Thank you for your promises of peace, Lord, thank you for the hope you have given us and for the strength to handle whatever comes our way.  Help me not to be afraid, O God, but lead me from  from fear to trust, from despair to hope and let your everlasting peace fill my heart as I put all my trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand. Psalm 37:23-24 Almighty and merciful Lord, make my steps firm, direct them by your word, instruct me and teach me to trust you with all my heart. I bring all my fears, doubts and anxieties and lay them at your feet,  O God, bring peace into my heart and do not let me stray from the path you have set before me. Uphold me into your righteous and merciful hand and do not let me fall, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

“All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall,  but the word of the Lord endures forever.1 Peter 1:24-25 Thank you merciful Lord for loving me so much and teaching me what is important in life, that it is not looks, or our earthly treasures, but who we really are and our attitudes and relationship with you that matters. Keep reminding me this world is temporary, O God, and everything in it will be gone one day, but your living and enduring word and promises will endure forever, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them. Psalm 145:17-19  Great are you Lord and most worthy of praise; your greatness no one can fathom, you are full of compassion and love for us and hear our prayers when we call out to you. Please continue to be near me, O God, let me feel your presence, your comfort and your love. Remind me that you are always in control of everything and all I need to do is trust you because your love us with everlasting love and you are faithful in all you do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

You are my portion, Lord; I have promised to obey your words. I have sought your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise. Psalm 119:57 Loving and merciful Father in heaven, your hands made me and formed me; you love me with your eternal and never ending love and I'm so thankful to be your child. Be my portion, fill me with your love, give me understanding to learn your command and obey your words wholeheartedly, O Lord, be gracious unto me according to your promise, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
