My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

“I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is good for you and leads you along the paths you should follow. Isaiah 48:17 Sovereign Lord, my Redeemer, help me to know your ways, teach me your paths, lead me in your truth, be my refuge and my fortress. May I have peace flowing like a gentle river as I follow you and walk in you ways, O Lord. Help me surrender my will to you, be fully obedient, gentle and righteous in your eyes, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen 

He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11 Mighty Lord, thank you for reminding us of your great power, mercy, grace and love. Thank you for always watching over us and for setting eternity in our hearts. Your ways are so far above ours, and we cannot see the plans you have for us, Lord, but please give us faith to trust beyond our sight, and to know that you will make everything beautiful in its perfect time, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,  who delights greatly in His commandments.  His descendants will be mighty on earth;  The generation of the upright will be blessed.  Wealth and riches will be in his house,  and his righteousness endures forever.  Psalm 112:1-2 Lord, you are gracious, full of compassion, and righteous and I thank you for your promises and your everlasting love.  May I delight in your ways and your laws, O God, may my wealth and riches be in blessings upon my family and my generations,  and may I bring honor and glory to you each day I am alive, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen   

Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. James 3:5 Lord and Father in heaven, thank you for being my God, my hope and my fortress. Help me be mindful of what comes out of my mouth, help me be peace-loving and considerate, may no corrupt words come out of my lips, guard them that they may give you honor and build up others, not tear down, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

So you must live as God’s obedient children. Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn’t know any better then. But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. 1 peter 1:14-15 Almighty Lord, you are holy and just, you are my God and my salvation and I thank you for your grace and forgiveness.Help me live as your obedient child, to exercise self-control, to be humble and not proud.Fill me with your love, O Lord, so that my heart's desire will be to live for you and be obedient to your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. 1 Peter 5:8-9 Mighty Lord in heaven, God of grace and mercy, you are Holy, just and full of compassion. I ask that you help me resist the schemes of the enemy, help me stand firm, restore me, strengthen me and save me, O Lord. Fill me with your godliness, peace and joy regardless of what goes on around me, remind me that my strength and joy come from you and not the world, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

May the Lord make your love for one another and for all people grow and overflow, just as our love for you overflows. May he, as a result, make your hearts strong, blameless, and holy as you stand before God our Father when our Lord Jesus comes again with all his holy people. Amen. 1 Thessalonians 3:12-13 Father God, you are our merciful and forgiving Lord and we thank you who you are, for your promises and eternal love.May your love grow an overflow in my heart, that I may have love for all and see them with your eyes and your grace.Help me stand firm and strong and to walk blameless before you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God? Micah 6:8 Merciful and gracious God in heaven, thank you for being my God, for loving me with unconditional love. Help me be just, to love mercy and walk humbly with you as you have asked me to do. May I show mercy to others in humility and gentleness, O God, that I may be a reflection of your love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 Merciful Lord in heaven, it is easy to forget that my struggles come from the dark world and forces greater than I can handle,  help me remember that I am victorious because the battle has already been won by Jesus, my Lord. Help me put on your full armor to fight against the attacks of the enemy, O Lord, to be ready for anything that comes my way. Keep reminding me that I am yours and with your help, I will be victorious, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalm 100:3-5 I praise you, O Lord, creator of all, giver of life, I thank you for your amazing love for me, a sinner, for your faithfulness and mercy. May your enduring love continue to bless me and watch over me, may I always worship you with gladness and be joyful and thankful for all you have given me, may I bring you glory and honor in all I do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone.Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3 :12-144 Heavily Father, I thank you for your loving kindness and your compassion, I ask that you help me be more like you, to clothe myself with the same love you have for your people. To forgive as you do, to be kind, humble and gentle, O God, and to give up any resentments I have, to let go of the past and focus on you and be thankful for all the blessings I have today, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
