My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

Your word, Lord, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens. Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you established the earth, and it endures. Psalm 119 Thank you God for giving me another day of life, for my family, my health, the food you provide, for your protection and your love. Help me remember that this world and the things of this world are temporary, but your word is eternal. Keep my eyes focused on you no matter what is happening around me, O Lord, may I feel your love surround me, fill me with your peace and draw me to your side, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

“Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson,They shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient                                                                                                   I saiah 1:18-19 Dear God, I humbly come to you with all my imperfections, all my failures, all my sins, I ask you to cleanse me, purify me,wash them away and sanctify me. Help me feel freedom in your perfect forgiveness, O Lord, help me walk in obedience to your will and be faithful in everything I do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen 

I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through Christ who gives me strength.  Philippians 4:12-13 Dear Lord, I know what is is to have more than I need, I also know what is like to not have enough, but I am so tha nkful that I always have you. I have so much to be thankful for each day I get to wake up and praise your name, you are my strength and my courage, O God, I thank you for being the author and finisher of my faith, I thank you for all the blessings in my life and ask that you continue to be with me, strengthen my faith and keep me walking the path that leads to your side. Amen

Live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.   Colossians 1:10-12 Father, I humbly come to your throne of grace, asking you to fill me with your Spi rit, that I may live a life worthy of your love and please you in everything I do, help me bear fruit in every good work, and grow in your knowledge each day. Strengthen me, O God, with all your power according to your glorious might so that I may have great endurance and patience in anything I face and give you joyful thanks in every situation, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Fear the Lord your God and serve him. Hold fast to him and take your oaths in his name. He is the one you praise; he is your God. Deuteronomy 10:20-21 Faithful and loving Lord in heaven, you are Lord of all Lords and you have called us to worship you and serve you, you equip us for the work you have planned for us. Please give us discerning and obedient hearts as we seek your will for us. Help us surrender our lives to you, O God, that we may enjoy the fullness of your amazing love and abundant blessings, use us to be a blessing to others, use us for your kingdom, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8 Merciful God, thank you for your amazing and unconditional love, thank you for teaching me that I can come boldly to your throne of grace, that I may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. You are the living God, the God of wonders and impossibilities, and you are my loving Father in heaven, teach me to ask according to your perfect will and timing, O Lord, teach me to pray with thanksgiving and rest in the knowledge that you are working all things together for my good, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom. Proverbs 11:2 Father, I praise you for your goodness in my life, for your abundant blessings and grace, I thank you for teaching me that you oppose the proud, but give grace to the humble. Grant me the virtue of true humility and wisdom, O God, keep me strong in faith, but humble in spirit. May you be glorified today in all I think, say, and do and may you continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1 Father God, I bring all my burdens and fears and lay them at your feet, I know that I may not be able to handle my situation, but I know you can and will. Please walk beside me, guid e me, strengthen my faith, O Lord, help me hold on strong through the trials and storms of life. Help me grow in faith, grace, love, knowledge, wisdom and understanding, and continue to be with me as I trust fully in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. James 1:19-20 Merciful and loving Father in heaven, blessed be your holy name, thank you for being so patient with me, thank you for being a forgiving, gracious and compassionate God. Help me be more like you, O Lord, create in me a clean and new heart, slow to anger and abounding in love. Help me to listen more and guard my lips that I a may not hurt anyone, may I walk in righteousness and be filled with your Spirit, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16-17 Thank you Father Go d for sending us your Son that we may have eternal life, I am so thankful to know and believe in in Him. Give me the courage and desire to share my faith with others that they too may be saved, that they too may enjoy the riches of your glory and blessings, O Lord, guide me and use me for your kingdom I pray in Jesus my Savior's name. Amen

For there are three that bear witness in heaven:  the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit;  and these three are one. 1 John 5:7 Saint Patrick used a shamrock to explain about God.  The shamrock, which looks like clover, has three leaves on each stem.   Saint Patrick told the people that the shamrock was like the idea of the Trinity that in the one God there are three divine beings:  the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.  The shamrock was sacred to the Druids,  so Saint Patrick’s use of it in explaining the trinity was the best way to explain the Trinity. Happy St. Patrick's Day !

Oh, give thanks to the Lord! Call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples! Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works! Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the Lord! Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore! 1 Chronicles 16:8-11 I give you thanks, O Lord for all that you have done in my life, and all that you will still do. I call upon your Holy Name and ask that you be my strength, that you continue to hold me in your loving hands and fill me with your love and spirit as I continue to trust in you, I pray n Jesus' name. Amen

Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, a nd the sheep of His hand. Psalm 95:6-7 Father God, Creator of heaven and earth, I bow down to worship you, I praise you for all your beautiful creation, you are worthy to receive glory and honor and power. You placed the earth on its foundation so that it can never be moved and you created me and gave me life, and I praise you for every breath I take. Help me remember that we are all your children, let me see them as you see them, let me love them as you love them O Lord, and help me become everything you want me to be, in Jesus' name I pray. Amen

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 Thank you Lord for the incomparable gift of life we enjoy and for the breath that you lends us daily, thank you for being our Father and taking care of us. May we will live by faith and not by fear, O God, may we remember that you are greater than any problem we face in this world and may we walk in victory knowing that you are still in control of this world and our lives, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Don’t be deceived, my dear brothers and sisters. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.  James 1:17 Father God, you are the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and I am so thankful you are my God. I want to glorify you in all I do and not take your loving kindness for granted, give me a thankful and grateful heart to appreciate every blessing your have given me, O Lord, to remember that every good and perfect gift comes from you. May my heart always overflow with gratitude and may my actions reflect the love I have for you, I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen

What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death! But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:21-23 Thank you Father God, for the gi ft of eternal life, thank you for being so patient with me and for your mercy and grace. Cleanse me from my sins, O Lord, cleanse me from all unrighteousness and set me free, that I may live a life of holiness, a life worthy of your love, may I follow the path that leads to eternal life at your side, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Train up a child in the way he should go,  And when he is old he will not depart from it.  Proverbs 22:6 Merciful and loving God, thank you for loving us and teaching us the way we should go and for the hope you have given us that if we train our children in your ways, even if they depart, they will come back. I ask that you give us wisdom to guide our children, to lead them by word and example, to guide them in the path of righteousness. Most of all, I ask that your Holy Spirit guides them, O God, that they may live a life of honor and integrity, that they may be honest, respectful, courageous, forgiving, kind and loving. Keep them under your loving care and never let them go, I  pray in Jesus' name. Amen. 

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 Father God, I am so thankful to have the privilege of reading your Word and I am sorry I sometimes take it for granted, knowing there are so many who cannot read it. I'm thankful for my relationship with you and being able to spend time with you through your Word, though prayer, in worship, and in everyday life. I want to feel your presence, your blessings and your love, O Lord, teach me your ways, equip me for every good work and make my heart your home, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments. Deuteronomy 7:9 Thank you Lord for keeping your covenant of love, for your faithfulness and your grace upon us. Keep us under your loving care, O God, give us hunger for your Word, give us the desire to keep your commandments and walk in righteousness, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does. The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time. You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all wh o call on him in truth.  Psalm 145:13-18 Blessed Father in heaven, thank you for your love and promises, thank you for taking care of all my needs and the desires of my heart. Please continue to hear my prayers, continue to bless me and uphold me in your righteous hand, O God, be near me each day as my heart heart trusts in you and never let me go, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Fear the Lord, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing. Psalm 34:7-9 Father God, I need you every minute of the day, I take refuge in you and comfort in your holy Word. Send your angels to watch over me each day, O Lord, to watch over my loved ones and deliver us from all that would harm us or take us away from you. Give us your joy, your peace and help us not fear evil and trust that you will take care of all our needs because you are with us, my God, my strength and my Lord of peace, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. John 8:7 Merciful and forgiving Lord, I thank you for your mercy and grace, I thank you for being a righteous judge. I ask that you keep reminding me that we are all sinners, but we are not here to judge each otter, rather to pray for one another, keep reminding me that you are the only one with authority to judge. Help me love as you love, O God, and give me a merciful and forgiving heart like yours, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
