Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. 2 Corinthians 5;17-18 Mighty God, as this year comes to an end, I ask that you help me let go of all that is negative in my life, to let go of bitterness, anger, fear and anything else that steals my time and joy. May all these melt away Lord, make all things new, bring hope alive in my heart and cause my spirit to be born again. Thank you for this past year, for the many blessings I received; for the new year to come and for all the blessings I will receive. Help me be a new creation in Christ, to be a blessing and an inspiration to others, to bring you honor and glory that others may see you in me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:10 It is so easy to be proud, Lord, and being humble is not, but I humbly come before you and surrender all to you. I want to trust in you with all of my heart, even when I cannot see the road ahead of me, I ask that you will lift me up, O God, bring me and keep me close to you always, in Jesus' name. Amen

​​For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless. Lord Almighty, blessed is the one who trusts in you. Psalm 84:11-12 Thank you God for being my sun and shield, for your amazing grace and everlasting love. Thank you for hearing my prayers, for saving me and loving me with all my imperfections. Help me walk blameless in your sight, O Lord, fill me with your Spirit and strength and help me put all my trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,  are by no means least among the rulers of Judah;  for out of you will come a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.’ Luke 2:6 Blessed Lord, ruler of all, I thank you for being my God and Savior, I thank you for coming to this world to deliver us and lead us to eternal life. Help me follow you and be obedient to your will, O Lord help me seek you and your heavenly riches with all my heart, and be grateful and thankful for all the blessings you have poured out on me, I pray in your Holy Name.Amen

​Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well. This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. 1 John 5:1-3 Heavenly Father, Creator of all, blessed be your name in all of the earth, thank you for sending your beloved son to this world to show us your amazing and eternal love. Help me be obedient to your commands, to surrender all to you with a willing and grateful heart. Remind me O God, with you, all things are possible and everything is under your control, I pray in Jesus name I pray. Amen

​This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 1 John 4:13-14 Praise be to you, Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth, thank you for your great mercy and unfailing love for all your children, thank you for sending us your Son to save us. May we be filled with your Spirit and love that we may witness to others, O God, may you live in our hearts as we walk in obedience and have your blessings and prosperity, I pray in the precocious name of your Son, Jesus.Amen

​For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16-17 Father God, thank you so much for the greatest gift you could ever give us, your Son, Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Please remind me that nothing in this world could ever compare with this gift and the gift of eternal life. Help me walk in obedience and share the good news with everyone I know that they too may rejoice and be blessed, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. Luke 6:27-29 Great and awesome God in heaven, we all have sinned against you and yet you are merciful and forgiving, you don't treat us as we deserve to be treated, but love us with unconditional and everlasting love. Teach me to love as you do, Father, teach me to be humble, gentle and forgiving. Give me a loving and kind spirit and fill my heart with your love and mercy so that my reactions to situations will reflect the love I have for you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you. 2 Corinthians 13:11 Father in heaven, I want to have the peace that only you can give, I want to live the life you want me to live. Help me rejoice in every situation, O God, to live in peace, to be an encouragement to others. May your love surround me and may I feel you close to me always, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14 Father God, thank you for sending us your Son, that we may know you, that we may understand your mercy and grace and most of all, that we may have the joy and hope of eternal life. In the mist of all the business of this season, help me not to forget the true meaning for this season, O Lord, but to focus on the amazing gift that was sent to this world to save us and to share the good news with others, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord your God. Isaiah 43:2-3 Loving Father in heaven, blessed be your holy Name, thank you for your amazing promises, thank you for calling me by name, O Lord. I have peace in my heart knowing that you are with me where ever I go and that I belong to you. Please help me remember that no matter what I am going thru, your loving kindness and tender mercies will never leave me, I pray in in Jesus' name. Amen​

​ Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig-tree, but also you can say to this mountain,  “Go, throw yourself into the sea,”  and it will be done. If you believe,  you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.  Matthew 21:21-22 Merciful Lord in heaven, thank you for your promises, thank you for the hope you have given us and the privilege of prayer.  Help me be a prayer warrior, O Lord, may I come boldly to your throne of grace and pray for my needs and the need of others, believing with all my heart that you will hear me and answer according to you will, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you,​ for the  Lord  will be your everlasting light   and your God will be your glory. Isaiah 60:19 Sovereign Lord, you are my Savior, my Redeemer, the Mighty One who made us and I thank you for your great compassion and love. May your everlasting light shine upon us and guide our path, O God, as we follow you and put our trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2 Father in heaven, sometimes situations seem so hopeless, scary or impossible, but I am so thankful for your promises and strength, I am so thankful that I know you are bigger than any of my problems or worries. Teach me to trust in you, even when I cannot see what is ahead. Remind me to bring everything to you in prayer instead of being overtaken by discouragement or fear, O Lord, and use every situation in my life for your glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​ This is how we know that we live in him and he in us:  He has given us of his Spirit.  And we have seen and testify  that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.  If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God,  God lives in them and they in God. 1 John 4:13-15 Heavenly Father, I am so grateful to know that you are a God who is alive and that hears and answers every earnest prayer, a merciful and loving God.  Thank you for sending us your Son, our Savior, Mediator and Redeemer. Help me follow his example, O Lord, help me truly love,  not with words or speech, but with actions and in truth as He did, I pray in His Holy Name.  Amen

Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. Isaiah 1:18 Merciful and forging father in heaven, I fall short of your glory daily, so I humbly come to you in repentance asking you to take my sins and wash them whiter than snow. May I feel your true grace in your mercy, O Lord, in your loving arms, may I be embraced by your amazing love and peace as I accept your forgiveness and gift of eternal life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​ May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit . Romans 15:13 Father God, you are the God of hope and comfort, and you have promised never to leave or forsake us. As I put my hope in you, O Lord, I ask that you bring me comfort, joy and peace that I may may overflow with hope regardless of my situation, even when I don't understand the reasons, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​​But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.1 Timothy 6:11-12 Help me fight the good fight of faith, O God, to stand strong in the mist of trouble and temptations. Help me peruse righteousness, godliness, faith, endurance and gentleness, and to remain pure in your sight. Remind me that you are always watching over me and my focus in life is eternal life at your side, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​ ​The Lord your God in your midst,  the Mighty One, will save;  He will rejoice over you with gladness,  He will quiet you with His love,  He will rejoice over you with singing.  Zephaniah 3:17 Glorious and Mighty God in heaven, you are mighty to save, your hand is over everything and your compassion for us is everlasting.  Quiet my soul, my anxieties, my worries and my fears, O Lord, embrace me with your merciful and loving arms  and let your Spirit live in me and fill my heart with joyful songs, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high; he will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness. He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure. Isaiah 33:5-6 Lord, be gracious to us; we long for you, be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress, give us wisdom and knowledge and lead us to the path of righteousness. Remind us that this world is only temporary, O God, and in you, we can have the key to treasures that will last for eternity, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name. 1 Chronicles 29:11-13 Lord our God, ruler over all things, we give you thanks for all the wonderful blessing you have given us, for loving us before we were even born. We give you praise and glory and ask that you will continue to be with us always as we continue to walk in your ways and do your will, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen

​​ T urn to me and have mercy on me,  as you always do to those who love your name.  Direct my footsteps according to your word;  let no sin rule over me.  Psalm 119:32-33   Merciful God in heaven, direct my footsteps each and every day, teach me your way that I may follow it to the end.  Turn my heart toward you and my eyes away from worthless things, teach me knowledge and good judgment.  May your unfailing love come to me, Oh Lord, may sin have no dominion over me  and may you be gracious to me according to your promises, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

​All this is for your benefit,  so that the grace that is reaching more and more people  may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.   2 Corinthians 4:15 Thank you merciful Lord in heaven for your amazing grace and love, for the hope you have given us in your beloved Son, my Savior.  May my heart overflow with thankfulness and love for you, O God, may I be renewed day by day  that I may proclaim the Good News of your kingdom with my actions and not just words, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

​We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was and who is to come, Because You have taken Your great power and reigned. Revelation 11:17 Almighty God, I thank you for blessing me much more than I deserve, thank you for giving me the strength I need daily, for every morning I get to wake up and enjoy life and for surrounding me with your amazing love. Help me reflect on the countless blessings you have given me and not on what I believe I am missing, O Lord, walk beside me each day as I put my trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 I give you thanks with great gratitude in my heart, Father God, for all of the wonderful things you have done in my life; for family, for health, for a roof over my head, for my job, for friends and most of all, for the gift of Salvation. For sending your Son to this world so that we may have the blessed hope of an eternal life with you. Amen

I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. I will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O Most High. Psalm 9:1-2 Most High God, I praise your name with all my heart, and give you thanks for all of the marvelous things you have done in my life and for all that you will still do. I know that you have a plan and a purpose for me and I trust that everything in my life will turn out as you planned it, if I only surrender my will to you. Fill me with your joy, O Lord, surround me with your shield of love, bless me, keep me safe and close to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​ You will be enriched in every way so that you can be on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. Corinthians 9:11-12 Thank you heavenly and merciful Father, for your surpassing grace and mercy, for all the heavenly riches and blessing that you have give me. I am thankful that you always provide for all my needs and the desires of my heart. Help me be kind and generous in all things at all times, to be a blessing to others and show my love for you in all I do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:19-20 Father God, I give you thanks with all of my heart for everything you have given me, for all of your love, mercy, grace and forgiveness. Fill me with your Spirit, O God, that I may walk in goodness, righteousness and truth and do what pleases you. May I reflect and be thankful for all that I have and not focus on what I don't have, may I be a blessing to others and build them up with your love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire." Hebrews 12:28-29 Thank you my loving Lord in heaven for the hope of your heavenly and everlasting kingdom that cannot be shaken; blessed is your holy name in all of the earth. Purify my heart, cleanse me from within, O God, as I diligently follow you in obedience, ready to do your will. Let me seek your grace, that I may worship you and serve you with reverence and awe, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalm 100:5-6 I praise you, my Lord and Mighty God, with all of my heart, I give you thanks for everything you have given me, for every breath I take, for every blessing you have given me and for making me your child. You are good and you are mighty, your love endures forever! May your faithfulness continue to be with us, through all generations, O Lord, may we continue receiving your mercy and grace as we praise your name and give you honor and glory in all we do, I pray in Jesus' name. Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!  For His mercy endures forever.  Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,  Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,  And gathered out of the lands,  From the east and from the west,  From the north and from the south.  Psalm 107:1-3 Merciful and loving God in heaven, you are indeed good and your mercy endures for ever. Thank you for your loving mercy and grace, thank you  for redeeming me and making me your child.  May my heart rejoice daily in you and be grateful and  thankful  for all of your abundant blessings, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

​For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God? It is God who arms me with strength and keeps my way secure. Psalm 18:31-32 Praise be to you, my God and my Savior, who is worthy of praise, who arms me with strength and turns my darkness into light. There is no one like you, O Lord, and I'm thankful to be your child. Keep my way secure and walk beside me today and help me keep my eyes on you and trust that you have me in your loving arms, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord;I say, “You are my God.” My times are in Your hand Psalm 31:14-15 Lord, you are my rock and my fortress, you are my strength and my redeemer and I am thankful for the privilege you have given us to come to you with all of our troubles, burdens and fears. I trust in you, O God, I know that everything is in your hands and you are always in control. Deliver me in your righteousness, lead me and guide me as I give you control of my life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​ Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Ephesians 5:20 Gracious Father in heaven, you are full of righteousness and holiness, you are merciful and mighty  and I thank you with all of my heart for every blessing you have poured out on me.  I want to be filled with your Spirit and do your will, O Lord. Help me be humble and gentle, be content with what I have, to have a grateful and thankful heart and be completely yours, I pray in the name of your Son and my Lord Jesus.  Amen
