My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.  Romans 13:11 Mighty God in heaven, blessed be your Name in all of the earth, thank you for the hope of salvation you have given us through your Son Jesus, and for the endurance and encouragement we receive from your Word. Help me put on the armor of light and walk in faith, righteousness and holiness before you, O Lord, put in my heart the desire to share your Word with others that they too will wake up and receive salvation, hope and joy, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. From the house of the Lord we bless you. The Lord is God, and he has made his light shine on us. Psalm 118:26-27 Father God, you are mighty and merciful, loving, slow to anger and full of compassion and I rejoice in you daily. I thank you for being my God, I thank you for blessing me and loving me with your unconditional love. Let your light shine on me, O Lord, light up my path and guide me each day, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Psalm 46:10-11 Gracious and Holy Father in heaven, we get so busy and worried about the things of this world that we forget to take a step back and just be still, we forget to meditate on your Word and promises and be filled with your peace. Help me be still, Lord Almighty, be my refuge and strength, my fortress in times of trouble. Remind me that you are still on the throne and all I have to do is surrender my will to you and you will handle my all my cares, worries and fears, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12 :2 Father in heaven, sometimes situations seem so hopeless, scary or impossible, but I am so thankful for your promises and strength, thankful that I know you are bigger than any of my problems or worries. Teach me to trust in you, even when I cannot see what is ahead. Teach me to pray first, instead of being overtaken by discouragement or fear, O Lord, and use every situation for your glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 Thank you Lord for reminding me to be humble and turn away from wickedness that you may hear my prayers from your heavenly throne. Forgive me Lord because my heart can be so wicked and my flesh so weak, I stumble, fall and struggle. Help me seek you with all my heart, to humble myself before you and submit my will to your mighty and loving hands that your ears may be attentive to the prayers of my heart and you may lift me up and heal my soul, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Light shines on the righteous and joy on the upright in heart. Rejoice in the Lord, you who are righteous, and praise his holy name. Psalm 97:11-12 Heavenly Lord, Creator of all, I rejoice in you and give you praise for all the marvelous things you have done in my life. You guard the lives of your faithful ones, you have compassion on those who love you and do mighty wonders for them. May the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O Lord, may your light shine on me and keep my heart upright before you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:9 Thank you Mighty God in heaven for giving us your Word, for teaching us how to live, for showing us what is right in your eyes and for being so patient with us. Help me put it all into practice, O God, help me be person you created me to be that I may bring you honor and glory. May your peace be with me and may you guard my hear and mind as I walk in your ways, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever. Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom. Psalm 145:1-3 I will exalt you, my God the King, I give you praise and honor and thank you for your mighty and wonderful works and abundant goodness. You are gracious and compassionate and though I can't ever understand your amazing and everlasting love, I am thankful to have it. May I honor you and praise you in all I do, O Lord, may I walk faithfully, obediently and put all my trust in you always, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. Psalm 16:11 Thank you merciful and loving God in heaven for filling me with your joy and happiness, you are my refuge and strength. Lead me and show me where you want me to go that I may be a blessing to others, O Lord, that I may enjoy the eternal pleasure at your right hand. May I always keep my eyes focused on you and your promises, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,  always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Ephesians 5:19-21  Father God, I thank you with all my heart for being my loving Father and Lord, I thank you for your abundant blessings and mighty works in my life. Empty me from all unrighteousness, O God, fill me with your Spirit that I may do your will. Put a new song in my heart, bless me as I feed on your Word so that your Spirit will lead me and I can be useful to you in your purposes, I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen

Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise. Many are the plans in a person’s heart,  but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. Proverbs 20-21 Thank you Father God for all the wonderful things you have done for me, for all the blessings you have poured out in my life and everything you are still going to do. Thank you for teaching me to trust in you and your plans for me, O God, continue to teach me trust in you, to be patient and give you full control of my life because your purpose for me is greater than I could ever imagine. May your purpose for my life always prevail, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Let the beloved of the Lord rest secure in him, for he shields him all day long, and the one the Lord loves rests between his shoulders. Deuteronomy 33:12 Most blessed and eternal God in heaven, you are my refuge and strength, my shield and my rock and I thank you for being my God and Father and for your eternal love. Keep me safe in your everlasting and loving arms, O Lord, remind me all day long that I can rest and be at peace because you are holding me close to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. Psalm 29:10-11 Mighty Lord and King of kings, I'm thankful to know that you are sitting on the throne and you are in control over the floods of our lives. Though  the waters may seem to be rising in our lives, remind us that you have the power to calm the strongest storms. May you strengthen our faith, O Lord, bless us with your peace and help us to trust that everything will work out according to your Holy will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 Lord Almighty, Creator of all, thank you for your promises and hope, thank you for showing me how much you love me and reminding me that you have plans for my life and my future. I come to you and put all my burdens and fears at your feet, O God, I ask you to fill me with your peace as I leave everything in your Holy hands. May your will be done in my life and may I turn every blessing you pour out to me into praise and glory to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6 Blessed Lord in heaven, I humbly come to your throne of grace with reverence and awe, with a thankful and believing heart. I ask you to cleanse me from all unrighteousness and help me to do what pleases you, O God. I ask that you give me the desire to earnestly seek you daily with all my soul and to always believe and trust in your faithful and loving promises, I pray in Jesus' precious name. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought   and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8 Father God, thank you for all the blessings you have already given me, thank you for the blessings that are still yet to be received.  Help me put all my hope and trust in your unfailing and everlasting love, O God, may my soul rest without fear or worry knowing that you are still sitting on the throne no matter what goes around me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:28-31 Ever lasting God, Creator of all, blessed be your name in all of the earth. Thank you for all your amazing promises, for your everlasting love, for the strength you have given me and the hope of Jesus and eternal life. Keep me under your loving arms, O Lord, renew my strength and help me wait for your perfect timing while I walk the path you have sent before me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.  Psalm 103:1-5 Blessed and merciful Lord in heaven, thank you for your lovingkindness and tender mercies, thank you for renewing my strength and your loving promises that fill my heart with hope. Guide and bless my life, O God, forgive my iniquities and heal my diseases according to the riches of your grace, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. John 14:13-14  Thank you Jesus for coming to this world to teach us how to live and for the hope of eternal life at your side. May I be reminded daily of your great love and sacrifice on the cross, O Lord, that you are now sitting at our Father's right side and we can ask to be blessed by Him in your Name and according to His will. May everything you do for me bring glory and honor to His Holy Name, I pray Amen.

But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray,  each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:4-5 Jesus, you took up our pain and bore our suffering, you were oppressed, afflicted and wounded for our transgressions, yet you never gave up, you could have walked away, but you stayed. Your love for us is more than we can understand, but I am so thankful for your unfailing love. Help me keep my eyes on you, O Lord, don't let me go astray or turn my own way and fill me with your eternal peace, my Lord and Redeemer, I pray. Amen

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24 Lord Jesus, thank you for your amazing grace and love, for bearing our sin on your body on a tree in Calvary and paying our ransom with your wounds that we may be healed. I know that no one took your life from you, but you laid it down of your own accord. I know that it was not the nails that held you on that cross, but but my sins and your love for our Father and for us all. Help me not to stray like sheep, but live in righteousness, O Lord, be my Shepherd and Overseer of my soul and guide me to your side, I pray in your precious name. Amen

This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 1 John 4:10 Merciful and Almighty God in heaven, I thank you for the amazing love you had for us before we even knew you. Thank you for sending your Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins and for being so patient with us. May my actions reflect the gratitude I have for the sacrifice that was paid for my sins,  O Lord, may I walk with a thankful heart, in obedience and in love each day, I pray in the precious name of your Son, my Savior, Jesus. Amen.
