My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

May the Lord cause you to flourish,  both you and your children.  May you be blessed by the Lord,  the Maker of heaven and earth.  Psalm 115:14-15 Blessed be the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth, blessed be your holy and glorious name.  May your blessings continue to be upon us, O God, may you bless our children and loved ones   and may your everlasting love and protection be poured on us each and every day, I pray in Jesus' name.   Amen

Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. Psalm 62:5-8 Gracious Father in heaven, you are my hope and my salvation and I thank you for your protection and strength. I trust you to work in my heart to fulfill your good purpose, O God, give me a desire for righteousness and help me depend on you always, be my mighty rock and refuge, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 Thank you Lord, for loving me so much, for being gentle and kind to me even though I don't deserve you. Thank you for letting me come to you just as I am, weak, helpless, and burdened. I ask that you give me rest, the kind of rest that only you can give to my soul, that I may rest in your loving arms, as I surrender my life to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. Ephesians 6:17-18 Father God, help me pray with unceasing prayer, let your Spirit lead me to pray with the type of prayer needed in the moment. Help me take the helmet of salvation and your Word that I may be able to stand firm against the attacks of the enemy, O Lord, help me remember not be anxious about anything, but bring all my requests to your throne and be at peace, trusting that you will hear me and answer according to your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 4:17-18 Thank you, merciful Lord in heaven, for the gift you have given us in Jesus, for reminding us that our troubles are only momentary and for the hope of eternal glory. We may be hard pressed on every side in this world, but not crushed, because we know that everything is under your control. Let us not lose hope, O God, but keep standing strong in faith fixing our eyes on Jesus , I pray in his Holy Name. Amen

I cry aloud to the Lord; I lift up my voice to the Lord for mercy. I pour out before him my complaint; before him I tell my trouble. When my spirit grows faint within me, it is you who watch over my way. Psalm 142:1-3 Loving and merciful God in heaven, you are righteous and faithful in all your ways and I thank you for hearing my prayers, I thank you for being my refuge and help. When my spirit grows faint, fill me with your strength, show me the way I should go, O God, for to you I entrust my life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. James 1:12 Mighty and wonderful God in heaven, blessed be your Name in all of the earth, thank you for your amazing promises and wonderful words of love. Help me walk the path you have for me, O Lord, help me to stay strong and firm in faith always in every situation, that I may one day receive the crown of life you have promised, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him. 1 John 5:14-15 Blessed Lord in heaven, I thank you for another day of life, for another opportunity to serve you, thank you for being my God. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and straighten, O Lord, help me discern your will and submit to it;. May my prayers always be according to your will that they may be heard and answered and carry me in your loving arms while I wait patiently for your perfect timing, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.Isaiah 60:19 Sovereign Lord, you are my Savior, my Redeemer, the Mighty One who made us and I thank you for your great compassion and love. May your everlasting light shine upon us and guide our path, O God, as we follow you and put our trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassion never fails. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:23-23 Lord, I know that each and every morning I get to see the sunrise is a gift from you. I know that you are a merciful and loving Father who want the best for us all and I thank you for your unconditional and eternal love. Help me focus on what is important in life and your kingdom, O God, help me be a peacemaker, loving and forgiving, remembering that each day is a new opportunity that you have given me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. Revelation 21:3-4 Merciful Lord, I thank you for your promises and for the hope of a better world, one without death, mourning, tears or pain. I look forward to the day we are all in your presence, O God, may my spirit, soul and body be kept sound and blameless until that day comes and may I walk faithfully and be obedient to your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps. Proverbs 16:9 Almighty God in heaven, Creator and giver of all, I know that we can make all the plans we want for our lives, but only you can establish our steps, only you decide what our future holds and what is better for us. Thank you for loving us so much, for knowing the desires of our hearts and wanting the best for us, O Lord. Help us to trust in you always, to know that we can make our plans, but we need to pray and leave everything in your hands and you will do what is best for us according to your perfect will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The greatest among you will be your servant For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted. Matthew 23:11-12 Gracious and loving Father in heaven, I confess my sins to you and ask you for forgiveness Lord, I ask that you help me put away any pride that may be in my heart. Help me stay humble and obedient to your will, O God, that your grace and mercy will continue to be with me every day that I walk the path you have set before me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​​And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6 Father in heaven, I thank you for the privilege of prayer, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to know you and love you. Help me walk by faith daily and seek you with all my heart, help me remember that you always have something better in store for us and will only give us what is best for us, O Lord. May my actions be pleasing unto you today, strengthen my faith, bless me, walk beside me and guard my steps, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
