My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

Let us examine our ways and test them,   and let us return to the  Lord   Let us lift up our hearts and our hands  to God in heaven. Lamentations 3:40-41 Merciful Father, great is your unfailing love, you are full of grace, compassion and mercy and you are always ready to hear our prayers.  Examine my heart and my mind, O Lord, help me lead a blameless life in your eyes  and be my strength and my fortress of salvation.  Lift me up in your righteous and loving arms and help me be strong  and trust in your perfect will for my life, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen  

I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness.  Isaiah 61:10 My soul rejoices in you, O Sovereign Lord,  I thank you for the greatest gift of all, your Salvation through your Son, Jesus, my Savior. May my words be worship and my actions bring glory and praise to your name, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​ Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time;  wait until the Lord comes.  He will bring to light what is hidden in  darkness   and will expose the motives of the heart.  At that time each will receive their praise from God.  1 Corinthians 4:4-5 Father God, Creator of the universe, thank you for reminding me that you are the only one who should judge and I am so grateful that you are a merciful judge. May the motives of my heart be pure and right before your eyes, O Lord, may I bring you honor in all I do and receive your blessings, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

P ursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.  Fight the good fight of the faith.  Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called  when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 1 Timothy 6:11-12 Help me fight the good fight of faith, O God, to stand strong in the mist of trouble and temptations and remain pure in your sight.Help me remember that you are always watching over me, Father, and to focus on an eternal life at your precious side, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand. Do not be angry beyond measure, Lord;do not remember our sins forever. Oh, look on us, we pray, for we are all your people. Isaiah 64:8-9 Merciful Lord, you are our loving and forgiving Father in heaven, I thank you for being so patient with me, I thank you for your unconditional love. I ask Father God, that you mold me into the person you want me to be, that you shape my life and guide my path, let me be the work of your wonderful hands as I surrender my life to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

“This is what the LORD says, he who made the earth, the LORD who formed it and established it—the LORD is his name: ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’Jeremiah 33:2-3 Holy Father, Creator of all the universe, blessed be your name, I call to you today and ask that you fill me with your love and wisdom. Help me, O Lord, to hear your voice and soften my heart to do your will and follow you always, I pray in Jesus name.Amen

This is what the Lord says:“Stand at the crossroads and loo; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. Jeremiah 6:16 Lord Almighty, God of heaven and earth, I thank you for being my merciful and loving Father, for being my help in the middle of a storm, for giving me victory over my struggles, my fears and my pain. Guide my steps each day, O Lord, show me the way I should go, show me the path that leads to your heavenly kingdom, be my shield and protection. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. Hebrews 6:18-19 Thank you Mighty Lord in heaven, for the eternal hope you have given us, for your strong encouragement, strength and love. For reminding us to take refuge in laying hold of the hope set before us, to remember that the pains, sorrows and hurts of this world are only temporary, but your kingdom is eternal. Please continue to help me hold fast to my well-anchored hope in you, and trust you with all of my soul, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:13-14 God of grace, thank you for loving us so much, we are so grateful that you are the God of the universe, we are thankful for your grace and peace, for rescuing us from the dominion of darkness. Thank you for forgiving all my sins, O God, and not keeping record of my wrong doings. Help me bear fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge and faith in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Corinthians 3:16-17 Lord God Almighty, thank you for leaving us your Spirit, for giving us hope and freedom, for setting us free from our sins and breaking the chains that bound us. Let your presence fill our hearts and minds, O God, empower us with your Spirit and give us victory over sin that we may be instruments of righteousness for your kingdom, I pray in Jesus' precious name. Ame

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Psalm 46:10-11 Gracious and Holy Father in heaven, we get so busy and worried about the things of this world that we forget to take a step back and just be still, we forget to meditate on your Word and promises and be filled with your peace. Help me be still, Lord Almighty, be my refuge and strength, my fortress in times of trouble. Remind me that you are still on the throne and all I have to do is surrender my will to you and you will handle my all my cares, worries and fears, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. May your unfailing love be with us, Lord, even as we put our hope in you. Psalm 33:20-22 Father in heaven, my hope is in your unfailing love, I put my trust in you and thank you for all of your promises and blessings. Help me wait patiently for your perfect timing, be my shield and my help and remind me that everything will turn out for good for those who love you and walk in your ways,, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart  and with the full assurance that faith brings,  having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us  from a guilty conscience and having  our bodies washed with pure water.  Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess,  for he who promised is faithful.  Hebrews 10:22-23 Father God, you are faithful with all your promises, cleanse me from all my sins, O God, wash them away and make me pure in your sight.  Help me draw near to you with a sincere heart, Lord, help me hold  unswervingly  on to the hope you have given us  and be faithful to you no matter what I face each day, I pray in Jesus' name.   Amen
