The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him

Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.” The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him. Lamentations 3:22-25

Merciful and forgiving Lord, I know that I am alive because of you, I am thankful because great is your faithfulness toward your people. My hope is in you, O God, and I ask that you keep me in the path that leads to your kingdom. May your mercy and grace will continue to be with me all the days of my life on this earth, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Thank the Lord, for He is good

Fix your eyes on Jesus

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. Hebrews 12:1-2 Blessed Lord, I thank you for the hope you have given me in Jesus, your Son, I thank you for your love and promises, and most of all the gift of salvation. I bring you all my fears, my disappointments, the worries of this life, O God, and I ask you to help me remember this life is but a moment compared to your promised eternity. Help me keep my eyes focus on Jesus, help me walk faithful and with perseverance the path you set before me, and throw off everything that is sinful in my life, I pray in His Holy Name. Amen
