Righteous Father in heaven, blessed be your name in all of the earth, you are my glory and strength, you are loving and just, you bless those who rejoice in your name all day long and who walk in the light of your presence. Bless me O God, help me walk the path you have set before me and glorify you in all I do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Fix your eyes on Jesus

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. Hebrews 12:1-2 Blessed Lord, I thank you for the hope you have given me in Jesus, your Son, I thank you for your love and promises, and most of all the gift of salvation. I bring you all my fears, my disappointments, the worries of this life, O God, and I ask you to help me remember this life is but a moment compared to your promised eternity. Help me keep my eyes focus on Jesus, help me walk faithful and with perseverance the path you set before me, and throw off everything that is sinful in my life, I pray in His Holy Name. Amen
