Fixing our eyes on Jesus

And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the founder and perfecter of faith. Hebrews 12:1-2

Father God, I thank you for your amazing love, blessings and mercy, and for being so patient with me, a sinner .We struggle in this world, we hurt, we have anger, bitterness, sadness, anxieties, illnesses and chaos that pull us away from you. Help us fix our eyes on Jesus, the perfecter of our faith, regardless of whatever is going on around us. Help us focus on what really matters, to walk in love and faith being strengthened by your Spirit, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand—when I awake, I am still with you. Psalm 139:17-18 Father God, I can't even begin to comprehend that your thoughts toward me outnumber the grains of sand on the seashore, that your thoughts towards me are not thoughts of condemnation or of judgement, but thoughts of absolute love, and all you want to do is to bless me abundantly. Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
