Love never fails


 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.1 Corinthians 13:6-7


Loving Father in heaven, thank you for your unfailing love, help me remember that life is too short to live with anger, hatred or bitterness. Help me not to delight in evil, not to keep record of wrongs, or live regretting the past, O Lord. May the desire of my heart be to seek and focus on you, to serve you and love like Jesus,  that I may witness your amazing love at work in my life and rejoice with the truth, I pray in His precious name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
