I have summoned you by name; you are mine

Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord your God. Isaiah 43:1-3

Thank you for your amazing promises, O Lord, thank you for the hope and the comfort you have left for us in your living Word. No matter what battles I have to face today, I know I can walk victorious because your are my God, because I belong to you and nothing is impossible for you. Strengthen my faith, Father God, an may my soul be well knowing the King of all Kings has me in the palm of his loving hands, I pray in Jesus' name.

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
