I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness


When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12

Thank you Lord for sending us your Son, Jesus, to be a light unto this world, to show us the way and give us hope. May His light shine brightly in my heart each and everyday and as I walk in His light and follow Him, may this world become dim. Help me be a bright and shining light for you, I pray in the precious name of your Son Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
