All things God works for the good of those who love him

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

Father God, thank you for reminding me that you are in control of everything, that you know what is best for us and that all things will work out according to your purpose for those who love you. Help me keep that in mind when I face trials, O Lord, strengthen my faith and help me trust in you even when things seem to be impossible because nothing is impossible for you, I pray in the name of your loving Son, Jesus. Amen

How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand—when I awake, I am still with you. Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
