So do not fear, for I am with you

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

Everlasting God, Creator of the ends of the earth, you are my God, my Rock and my Savior. There are times that the worries and fears of this world are more than we can bare, and even though we know that you are in control of everything, we get overwhelmed with fear. Fill us with your everlasting peace, O Lord, strengthen us and uphold us with your righteous hand. Let us feel your loving embrace and keep reminding us who you are and showing us your great mercy each day that we may not be dismayed, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
