Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.  1 Peter 5:6

Father God, thank you for caring for me and loving me with your unconditional love. I humbly come to your throne of grace to give you all my cares, struggles, hurts,  pains, disappointments, worries and anxieties, and I cast them at your feet. I ask that you take them away from me, O Lord, that you strengthen me and fill me with courage to face whatever comes my way.  May I stand firm in faith and be at peace knowing that everything is in your loving hands and you will take care of them according to your holy will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

My thoughts toward you are countless as the sand on the seashore

How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand—when I awake, I am still with you. Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
