My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Hebrews 4:12 Lord, your word is truly living and powerful, it penetrates our hearts and minds and it applies to us today as much as it did to your children thousands of years ago. Give me hunger for your Word, O God, give me wisdom and understanding that I may use it to bring hope to others. May your wonderful, powerful and living word be a guiding light in my daily walk with you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? Luke 12:25 Merciful Lord, you are our righteous Savior and nothing is out of your control and I know that you already have a plan for my life. Help me not to worry about anything because you are already at work, even if I cannot see it. I bring all my worries and fears at your feet and ask you to fill me with your heavenly peace, O God, and keep reminding me that you alone will fight all my battles for me and give me victory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. Nehemiah 8:10 Lord, you are my rock, my strength and my shield, a fortress of salvation and my heart trusts in your Holy Name. Bless me with your loving kindness, O God, keep in safe and close to you and give me peace knowing that you have everything under your control. May your joy give me strength to face whatever challenge comes my way, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8 Father God, thank you for all the blessings you have already given me, thank you for the blessings that are still yet to be received. Help me put all my hope and trust in your unfailing and everlasting love, O God, may my soul rest without fear or worry knowing that you are still sitting on the throne no matter what goes on around me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​ Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil  and their lips from deceitful speech.  They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.  For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer,  but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.   1   Peter   3 :10-12 Loving Father, I thank you for being so patient with me, I ask that you help me seek peace and pursue it.  to love deeply, be compassionate, humble and obedient that I may inherit your blessings that can never perish, spoil or fade.  Guard my lips, O Lord, and take away anything that may hinder my prayers  so that you never turn your eyes away from me, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does. The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time. You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.Psalm 145:13-18 Blessed Father in heaven, thank you for your love and promises, thank you for taking care of all my needs and the desires of my heart. Please continue to hear my prayers, continue to bless me and uphold me in your righteous hand, O God, be near me each day as my heart heart trusts in you and never let me go, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy; let them sing before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth. Psalm 98:8-9 King of all kings, Lord of heaven and earth, I thank you for all the marvelous things you have done, I rejoice in you, who is a righteous judge and I praise your holy name. May I walk in the path that leads to righteousness, O God, that I may live in your eternal kingdom and your glorious presence forever, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.1 Corinthians 2:10-11 Father God, I call upon your Name for you are my God, my Savior and Redeemer, I thank you for your unfailing love and blessings.Search my heart, O god, may your Holy Spirit guide and lead me, may you give me discernment and wisdom, O Lord, as I trust in you completely,Let me rest in your embrace, fill me with peace and joy and help my faith grow stronger each day, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity. Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. Psalm 51:10-12 Create in me a new heart and a desire to serve you with all of my heart, O God.Renew my spirit and keep me close to you that I may feel your amazing grace, blessings and love. May my desire be to please you and live for you daily according to your Holy Word, I pray, in Jesus Name. Amen

And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God. Philippians 1:9-11 Heavenly Father, thank you for your abundant blessings, for your forgiveness and unconditional love.Reveal yourself and your will for my life, give me clarity and understanding this year. Prepare my heart that I may accept your will with an open heart, O God, may I worship you and thank you everyday as I live a pure and blameless life filled with your fruit of righteousness, I pray in Jesus' Holy Name. Amen

Live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way:  bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,  being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might  so that you may have great endurance and patience.  Colossians 1:10-11 I give you joyful thanks Father God for all your mercy and grace, for your abundant love and forgiveness of my sins. Thank you for rescuing me from the dominion of darkness and bringing me to your kingdom of light through your Son, Jesus.  Fill me with the knowledge of your will, O Lord, give me wisdom and understanding and strengthen me with your power  according to your glorious might that I may be fruitful for your kingdom, I pray in Jesus' name.   Amen

The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. Psalm 29:10-11 Mighty Lord and King of kings, I'm thankful to know that you are sitting on the throne and you are in control over the floods of our lives. Though the waters may seem to be rising in our lives, remind us that you have the power to calm the strongest storms. May you strengthen our faith, O Lord, bless us with your peace and help us to trust that everything will work out according to your Holy will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2 Father in heaven, sometimes situations seem so hopeless, scary or impossible, but I am so thankful for your promises and strength, help me remember that faith drives fear away.Remind me that you are bigger than any of my problems or worries. Teach me to trust in you, even when I cannot see what is ahead. Remind me to bring everything to you in prayer instead of being overtaken by discouragement or fear, O Lord, and use every situation in my life for your glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:23-23 Lord, I know that each and every morning I get to see the sunrise is a gift from you, I know that you are a merciful and loving Father who want the best for us all and I thank you for your unconditional and eternal love. Help me prioritize what is important in life, to focus on your kingdom and the things that matter, O God, help me be a peacemaker, loving and forgiving, remembering that each day is a new opportunity that you have given me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good. 1 Peter 2:2 Thank you Father God, for your love and mercy, for another day of life, for a new year and new opportunities to serve you. Help me crave pure spiritual milk, O Lord, that I may grow in faith, in wisdom and in love for you and your Word. May everything I say and do reflect the love I have for you, I pray in Jesus, my Lord and Savior's name, I pray. Amen.

Nothing in all cre ation is hidden from God’s sigh t. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account. Hebrews 4:13 Holy Lord in heaven, give me hunger for your word, righteousness and truth.Keep reminding me that nothing is hidden from your sight. Help me hold firmly to the faith I profess, O God, that may I receive your mercy and grace as I bring you honor and glory in all I do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Tremble and do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. Offer the sacrifices of the righteous and trust in the Lord. Many, Lord, are asking, “Who will bring us prosperity?” Let the light of your face shine on us. Psalm 4:4-6 Lord God, lift up the light of your countenance upon me and let your light shine on me. Help me search my heart and hear your voice, remind me that you are bigger than any challenge I may face this year, O Lord. Remind me not to fear, but trust that you will bring prosperity in my life as I lovingly serve and obey your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here! 2 Corinthians 5 Loving Father in heaven, I am so thankful to have your promises, hope and encouragement because I know it is impossible to change what I need to change in my life on my own. I need you, O Lord, help me be a new creation in your Son, Jesus. Help me start the new year with your guidance, wisdom and strength. Help me remember that you alone know what your plans for me will be this year and only you can give me the strength and the wisdom I will need to meet any challenges. Help me put off my old way of life and shine for you this year, to be your hands and feet and be a blessing to others. May your merciful blessings and grace be upon me, my family and loved ones each and everyday as we put our faith and hope in you, I pray in the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus. Amen

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.Isaiah 43:18-19 Lord Almighty, you are the true and living God, the eternal King, full of compassion and mercy and I am thankful to be your child. Help me not to dwell on the past, but to focus on the wonderful and amazing blessings you have given me today and all the new blessing to come. Help me see the needs of others and not just my own, O God, that I may become the person you created me to be, I pray in the name of Jesus, our Righteous Savior. Amen
