I will trust and not be afraid

Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2

Father in heaven, sometimes situations seem so hopeless, scary or impossible, but I am so thankful for your promises and strength, help me remember that faith drives fear away.Remind me that you are bigger than any of my problems or worries. Teach me to trust in you, even when I cannot see what is ahead. Remind me to bring everything to you in prayer instead of being overtaken by discouragement or fear, O Lord, and use every situation in my life for your glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
