 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14


Dear Father God, thank you for loving the world so much that you gave your one and only Son, that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life at your blessed side. Help us remember in the busyness of the holiday season that it is because of your grace and mercy that we, who believe in your Son Jesus, have been saved through him. May we walk in righteousness in your sight, may we be a blessing to those around us and bring glory to your name, I pray in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
