But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up Galatians 6:8-9 Father God, help me do everything I do for your glory and never tired of doing what is good in your sight.Take everything that is not good out of my heart and replace it with your goodness and love, O Lord, may I live to please your Spirit and harvest everlasting life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Hebrews 4:12 Lord, your word is truly living and powerful, it penetrates our hearts and minds and it applies to us today as much as it did to your children thousands of years ago. Give me hunger for your Word, O God, give me wisdom and understanding that I may use it to bring hope to others and not as a weapon against them. May your wonderful, powerful and living word be a guiding light in my daily walk with you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. Hebrews 4:16 Gracious and loving Father in heaven, you are faithful, just and loving and I thank you for loving us unconditionally and being patient with us. I come boldly to your throne of grace today, O Lord, to ask for your blessings, for your forgiveness, mercy and grace. I ask that you will fill me with your peace, strengthen my spirit and walk with me through the difficult times in my life, may I feel your loving arms around me as I lay all my burdens at your feet, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

“I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is good for you and leads you along the paths you should follow. Oh, that you had listened to my commands! Then you would have had peace flowing like a gentle river and righteousness rolling over you like waves in the sea.  Isaiah 48:17-18 Sovereign Lord, my Redeemer, help me to know your ways, teach me your paths, lead me in your truth, be my refuge and my fortress. May I have peace flowing like a gentle river as I follow you and walk in you ways, O Lord, and surrender my will to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

So be truly glad There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.1 Peter 1:6-7 Merciful and loving Father in heaven, thank you for showing me your great love and grace even through the trials in life. May I bring you praise, glory and honor as you give me the strength to endure and overcome whatever comes my way, O Lord. Remove all impurities in my life and make me pure as gold, help me remain strong and genuine in faith as I put my trust in you and allow you to lead me though the path you have set before me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Your unfailing love, O Lord, is as vast as the heavens; your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds. Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the ocean depths. You care for people and animals alike, O Lord. How precious is your unfailing love, O God!  Psalm 36:5-7 Father God, I will never be able to comprehend how merciful your love for us is, it never fails and it never runs out, you loved us before we even knew you and you care for everything and everyone you created.  How precious indeed is your unfailing, unconditional love, O God, draw me close to you with loving kindness and pour out your unfailing love on me each morning you have blessed me with a new day of life that I may bring you honor and glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Serve the Lord alone. But if you refuse to serve the Lord, then choose today whom you will serve. Would you prefer the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates? Or will it be the gods of the Amorites in whose land you now live? But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:14-15 I choose to serve you wholeheartedly Lord, because you alone are my God, you have blessed me and kept me in your loving hands. Search my heart and purify it O God, help me put away anything that may interfere with my walk with you or may lead to spiritual destruction. Don't let me become distracted by the passing concerns and pleasures of this world, but keep my eyes fixed on you and an eternal life at your side, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

See, the enemy is puffed up; his desires are not upright—but the righteous will live by his faithfulness. Habakkuk 2:4 Mighty God, you are my King and Lord of my life and I want to put all my trust in you and not on myself or others. Help me not to have a rebellious heart, but to be humble and submissive to your will, O Lord. May my desires be your desires and may I walk by faith daily trusting in your love, peace and safety for my life, my family and home, knowing that your angels are always on guard, I pray this in the name of your precious Son Jesus, Amen.

I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.  Philippians 4:11-12 God and Father in heaven, to you be the glory for ever, I rejoiced greatly in you and I give you thanks for your abundant blessings, mercy and grace. Help me to be content in whatever my circumstances are, O Lord and remind me that I am exactly where you need me to be at this time and that you will meet all my needs according to the riches of your glory and in your perfect time. Help me to be patient and obedient and surrender completely to your will as I wait on you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless. Lord Almighty, blessed is the one who trusts in you. Psalm 84:11-12 God Almighty, you are my sun and shield and I am so thankful for your amazing love and blessings and for all the wonderful things you have done in my life. Teach me your way and the riches of your love that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. May I praise you, Lord my God, and always trust in you with all my heart, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account. Hebrews 4:13 Holy Lord in heaven, renew my determination to hear your Word, to learn it and keep it deep within my heart. Don't let me set my heart on worldly things, O God, but help me give an account to you each and every day, to walk in righteousness and holiness before your eyes. May I hold firmly to the faith I profess, may I find your mercy and grace as I bring you honor and glory in all I do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. Ephesians 1:3-4 Father God, thank you for choosing me before the foundation of this world, thank you for the spiritual and extraordinary blessings you have given me in your Son, Jesus. Keep reminding me who I am, O Lord, a child of the one true King and covered in your love. May your holiness surround me, may I be a shining witness of your amazing love and grace and may I walk holy and blameless in your sight, I pray in Jesus name. Amen

Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations. Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God. Psalm 90:1-2 Everlasting and gracious Lord, you have always been God and I am so thankful that you are our God, our dwelling place, our strength in times of trouble and our hope for the present and the future. May your favor rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us, satisfy us with your unfailing and everlasting love, O Lord, that we may sing for joy and be glad all the days of our lives, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 Merciful and loving Father in heaven, there is no end to your amazing grace and unconditional love. Thank you for reminding me that I have been saved through faith, not because of what I say or do, but because it is your gift of salvation through your Son, Jesus, to all those who believe. Cover me with your love, O God, stir in me a fire that the world cannot explain and may my works be done only in gratitude and to bring honor and glory to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Romans 12:9-11 Father in heaven, thank you for your amazing and never ending love, thank you for your promises of an eternal life at your side. Help me, O Lord, to cling on to what is good, to be devoted to honor you by doing your will, by sincerely loving and uplifting others, May I serve you and bring glory to you in all I say or do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Many, Lord, are asking, “Who will bring us prosperity?” Let the light of your face shine on us. Fill my heart with joy when their grain and new wine abound. In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. Psalm 4:8 Lord God, lift up the light of your countenance upon me and fill my heart with joy and peace. Keep reminding me that you are bigger than anything I may face each day, O Lord, let me feel your presence near and your loving hand upholding me. May I lie down and sleep and wake up with peace, knowing that the Creator of the universe is watching over me and I should not fear, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Romans 8:6-9 Lord, helps us to remember that you have given us victory over the flesh and that sin shall not have dominion over us. Don't let us walk in spiritual defeat, Father God, but give us the ability to fight the spiritual warfare within our hearts. May our minds be governed by your Spirit and be filled with life and peace as we submit to your will and live to please you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.  This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus.  1 John 4:16-17  Merciful and loving Father in heaven, how priceless is your unfailing and unconditional love for us. Thank you for showing us the wonders of your great love and for showing us the way to eternal life through your precious Son, Jesus. Help me be more like Jesus, O Lord, help me love unconditionally and have a gentle and upright heart. May your unfailing love, faithfulness and goodness be with me and follow me all the days of my life, as I put all my hope in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6 Father in heaven, I thank you for the privilege of prayer, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to know you and love you. Help me walk by faith daily and seek you with all my heart, help me remember that you always have something better in store for us and will only give us what is best for us, O Lord. May my actions be pleasing unto you today, strengthen my faith, bless me, walk beside me and guard my steps, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I cry aloud to the Lord; I lift up my voice to the Lord for mercy. I pour out before him my complaint; before him I tell my trouble. When my spirit grows faint within me, it is you who watch over my way. Psalm 142:1-3 Sovereign Lord, thank you for always being there for me, thank you for hearing my voice and being merciful to me. Help me keep my eyes fixed on you, O Lord, to take refuge in you as you watch over my way. Keep me safe my strong deliverer, and when my spirit grows faint, strengthen me with your Spirit and love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him. Exodus 15:2 Lord, you are my God, my strength, my defense and salvation and I will praise you, I will exalt you and give you thanks for you are good and your love endures forever. Help me seek you with all my heart and walk an obedient life, O God, bless me and be my strength and my defense and do not let me stray from you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Jude 1:20-21 God our Savior, I thank you for the hope of eternal life, I thank you for your abundant mercy, peace and love and for being so patient with me. I ask that you fill me with your Spirit, O Lord, that you keep me from stumbling and help me do your will that I may one day be brought before your glorious presence without fault and with great joy, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12 Thank you Lord for sending us your Son, Jesus, to be a light unto this world, to show us the way and give us hope. May His light shine brightly in my heart each and everyday and as I walk in His light and follow Him, may this world become dim. Help me be a bright and shining light for you, I pray in the precious name of your Son Jesus' name. Amen
