My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground. For your name’s sake, Lord, preserve my life; in your righteousness, bring me out of trouble.Psalm 143:10-11 Thank you Father God for your everlasting love, guidance, and understanding, thank you for a new day of life, for your protection and for the opportunity to serve and honor you. Pour out your grace and blessings upon me, O Lord, and upon all my loved ones, teach us to do your will, give us the desire to always serve and follow you with all our hearts, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

See, the enemy is puffed up; his desires are not upright—but the righteous will live by his faithfulness. Habakkuk 2:4 Mighty God, you are my King and Lord of my life and I want to put all my trust in you and not on myself or others. Help me not to have a rebellious heart, but to be humble and submissive to your will, O Lord. May my desires be your desires and may I walk by faith daily trusting in your love, peace and safety for my life, my family and home, knowing that your angels are always on guard, I pray this in the name of your precious Son Jesus, Amen.

Give me hunger for your Word, wisdom and understanding that I may walk blameless in your eyes, O Lord. Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Proverbs 28:13 Heavenly and merciful Lord, my God and Redeemer, I acknowledge my sins and I lift up my eyes to you, who sits enthroned in heaven. I ask you to fill me with your Spirit, O God, cover me with your precious love and guide me to your path of righteousness that I may prosper, receive your mercy and be blessed, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Isaiah 26:3-4 Everlasting God, Creator of the ends of the earth, you are my rock, my fortress and my deliverer and I thank you for faithfully hearing my prayers. Help me look beyond what I can see and put my trust in you always, O God, give me your comfort and grace. Help me grow in faith and courage and focus on your promises and love as you wrap your loving arms around me each day, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. Psalm 29:10-11 Lord God, I'm thankful for your kingdom of righteousness, peace and joy, I ask that you bless me and rule in my heart. Give me the peace that surpasses all understanding, peace that only you can give, O God, rescue me when my spirit is overwhelmed within me and fill me with your amazing peace that I may praise through trials of life. May I commit everything into your mighty and loving hands that you may strengthen my soul, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. Matthew 7:13-14 Merciful Lord in heaven, there are so many distractions and temptations in this world, I know that I am weak, but I am thankful that you are strong and I am thankful for your Holy Spirit that guides my way. Keep me focused on your heavenly kingdom that I may find the small and narrow gate that leads to life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life. Psalms 143:8 Loving Lord, Creator of all, I am so grateful for your unfailing love and wonderful promises each morning. I surrender my will to you and put all my hope and trust in your loving hands. Show me the way I should go, O Lord, teach me your paths of grace, mercy, integrity and love; guide me in your truth, for you are my God, my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16 Thank you Lord in heaven for reminding me that I can boldly approach your throne of grace with confidence in my time of need. I thank you for sending your Son, Jesus, to this world to show us the way, to show us your mercy and love and to teach us that we can come to you with all of our cares and needs in his Holy Name. May my life reflect the love I have for you and may I walk in the footsteps of my Savior, Jesus, I pray. Amen

Give to the Lord the glory he deserves! Bring your offering and come into his courts. Worship the Lord in all his holy splendor. Let all the earth tremble before him. Tell all the nations, “The Lord reigns!” The world stands firm and cannot be shaken. He will judge all peoples fairly. Let the heavens be glad, and the earth rejoice! Let the sea and everything in it shout his praise! Psalm 96:8-11 Loving Father in heaven, creator of heaven and earth and everything in it, I praise you for being my God, my King and my Savior, I want to give you glory and honor and thank you for everything you have done for me and everything you have given me. May I feel your tender love and mercy every day, O God, and may I be reminded of your majesty and splendor in everything you have created, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​​And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 Faithful and merciful Lord in heaven, I humbly come to you asking for your grace and mercy, asking you to give me the confidence and the assurance that even through I may experience difficulties, hardships, trials, struggles and temptations in life, you will be right beside me and will never live me. Though some situations may seem more than I can bear, remind me that I will be victorious because I have your promises, and you will always provide a way out, O Lord, help me live a faithful, joyful, grateful and godly life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​​ Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32 Merciful and loving Father in heaven, I thank you for loving me unconditionally, I thank you for the forgiveness of my sins and for never giving up on me. I ask that you fill me with your Holy Spirit, O God, that you change my heart and mold it to be as gentle and loving as yours. Help me put away anything that is unrighteous in your sight and to be merciful, forgiving and kind to others that they may see you in me.Wrap your loving arms around me and never let me go, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Romans 8:6-9 Lord, helps us remember that you have given us victory over the flesh and that sin shall not have dominion over us. Don't let us walk in spiritual defeat, Father God, but give us the ability to fight the spiritual warfare within our hearts. May our minds be governed by your Spirit and be filled with life and peace as we submit to your will and live to please you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1 Merciful Lord in heaven, I bring all my burdens and fears and lay them at your merciful feet and throne of grace. I know that I may not be able to handle my situation, but I know you can and will, I know that in the mist of troubles, you are always with me. Please walk beside me, guide me, strengthen my faith, O Lord. Help me grow in faith, grace, love, knowledge, wisdom and understanding, and continue to be with me as I trust fully in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. T alk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Deuteronomy 6:5-7 ​Mighty God in heaven, I do love you with all my heart, soul and strength and I thank you for being my God, my rock and refuge. I thank you for your protection and blessings and I ask that you continue to be merciful to me and my loved ones. May the desire of my heart always be to bring you honor and glory in all I say and do, O Lord, may I speak of your love and word all day long and impress them on my children and loved one's hearts, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 Thank you Lord for your daily blessings, for the gift of life and your promises, thank you for being our Father and taking care of us because we are your children. May we will live by faith and not fear, O God, may we remember that you are greater than anything we face in this world and may we walk in victory knowing that you are still in control of this world and our lives, I pray in Jesus' name. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14 Thank you for reminding me that my words and thoughts should bring honor and glory to you, O God. Help me be mindful when I speak, to choose my words carefully at all times and use them to encourage others and be a blessing to them. May my words be pleasing to you, O Lord, that I may not sin against you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 Thank you Father God, for being so patient with us, for waiting for each of us to come and surrender our lives to you so that we will not perish, but have everlasting life. May the desire of my heart be like yours, O Lord, that no one will perish, that all should know you and receive your blessings and salvation, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 Lord or heaven and earth, you are the God of hope, who gives peace to those who trust in you and love you. I ask that your hope and joy overflow in my heart each and every day, O Lord, that you will bless me, fill me with your Holy Spirit, give me endurance and encouragement as I focus on you and your eternal kingdom, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For to You, O Lord, I lift up my soul. For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon You. Psalm 86:4-5 I give you thanks, my God, with all my heart, for the forgiveness of my sins and your great mercy, for your abundant lovingkindness and for being attentive to my prayers. Teach me your way, O Lord; that I may walk in your truth and glorify your name in all I say and do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
