My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

  As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.  If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. John 15:9-10 Father, thank you for your promises that you will love us unconditionally and won’t ever leave or forsake us. Help me grow in my understanding of your eternal and unconditional love for me, a sinner. Live in my heart and make it pure, gentle and loving, O Lord, help me abide in your love and delight in your commandments, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen 

  But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one  We have confidence in the Lord that you are doing and will continue to do the things we command. May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance. 2 Thessalonians 3:3-5 Faithful and blessed Lord in heaven, you are good and merciful, and I thank you for your promises, your protection and your amazing love. Strengthen me and protect me, direct my heart and keep reminding me that everything is in your control and nothing happens in our lives without your knowledge. Teach me to trust in you, to bring everything to you in prayer with confidence that you will take care of it all, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen 

  Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here!  All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation 2 Corinthians 5:17-18 Father God, I am so thankful for your promises and reconciliation through your Son, Jesus. Give me guidance, wisdom and strength to be a new creation. May the desire of my heart be to please you in everything I do, Oh Lord, bless me as I put my faith and hope in you, I pray in the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus. Amen

  Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool.  Isaiah 1:18 Heavenly Father, thank you so much for your assurance of forgiveness, for reminding me that no matter how bad my sins have been you are always ready to forgive me because your love is unconditional and I am your child. Wash away my sins, O Lord, make me pure and help me to walk in your righteousness as a new creation, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. Romans 5:3-5 Father God, it is not easy to think of rejoicing when we run into problems and trials, but I thank you for reminding us that they will help us develop endurance and strength of character, that trials make us stronger. I thank you for the hope you have given us, O Lord and for always being at our side through the darkest moments of our lives. Help us look for the positive in everything that happens in our lives, and use them to bring us closer to you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock. Psalm 27:5 Blessed Father in heaven, thank you for your protection and your amazing love, thank you for being the stronghold of my life. I ask that you continue to guard me, O God, to keep me safe in your loving arms and let me feel your presence in my life as I keep trusting in you regardless of what happens around me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. Romans 8:6 Lord, helps us remember that you have given us victory over the flesh and that sin shall not have dominion over us. Don't let us walk in spiritual defeat, Father God, but give us the ability to fight the spiritual warfare within our hearts. May our minds be governed by your Spirit and be filled with life and peace as we submit to your will and live to please you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. Psalm 91:11-12 Loving Father in heaven, blessed be your Holy Name, you alone are my refuge, my place of safety; my God and Father, and I trust and love you with all my heart. I ask that you command your angels to watch over me, O Lord, to guard my loved ones and keep them safe, put a hedge around us and protect us from all that would harm us that we may live to serve, honor and give you praise, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. Isaiah 48:17 Lord, my God, I give you praise for your abundant mercy and grace, I thank you for your faithfulness and love. Guide my path, O God, teach me your ways that I may walk in righteousness before your eyes. Let your peace reign in my heart as you teach me your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  Live as children of light   for the fruit  of the light consists  in all goodness,  righteousness and truth.  Ephesians 5:8-9 Loving God in heaven, I thank you for being my refuge and strength, my loving God and Savior.  Help me be a light to this dark world and to make a difference for you each day.  Help me face every circumstance with f aithfulness, and to trust in your goodness and faithfulness  being filled with your peace,  I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life. Psalms 143:8 Creator of all, I am so grateful to be your child and for your wonderful promises, I surrender my will to you and put all my hope and trust in your loving hands. Show me the way I should go, O God, teach me your paths of grace, mercy, integrity and love; guide me in your truth, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen 

  If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. John 7:37-39 Thank you Father for not giving up on me, for loving me with your eternal and everlasting love. Lord Jesus, become a well of water for me, springing up to eternal life, fill me that I will never thirst again and that I may worship you in spirit and truth with all of my heart, I pray. Amen

  He said to them, “When you pray, say: ‘Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation." Luke 11:2-4 Lord God Almighty, you sit enthroned forever; all my inmost being, praises your holy name. Thank you for being compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. Help me be forgiving and full of your love, help me be more like you and fill me with your Spirit. May the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, as I rejoice in you and seek you daily with all of my heart, I pray in Jesus's name. Amen

  So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall! No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:12-13 Faithful and merciful Lord, I humbly come to you asking for your grace and mercy, asking you to give me the confidence and the assurance that even though I may experience difficulties, hardships, trials, struggles and temptations in life, you will be right beside me and will never leave me. Though some situations may seem more than I can bear, remind me that I will be victorious because I have your promises, and you will always provide a way out, O Lord, help me live a faithful, joyful, grateful and godly life as I put all my trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the founder and perfecter of faith. Hebrews 12:1-2 Father God, I thank you for your amazing love, blessings and mercy, and for being so patient with me, a sinner .We struggle in this world, we hurt, we have anger, bitterness, sadness, anxieties, illnesses and chaos that pull us away from you. Help us fix our eyes on Jesus, the perfecter of our faith, regardless of whatever is going on around us. Help us focus on what really matters, to walk in love and faith being strengthened by your Spirit, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. Matthew 5:8-9 Merciful and loving God in heaven, I thank you for restoring our relationship with you through the sacrifice of our Savior, Jesus on the cross. Thank you for making us your children and loving us with your everlasting love regardless of our sinful nature. I ask that you help us make every effort to live in peace, to speak up in love, to seek peace and pursue it. Help us to be an example of your love in this dark world and show mercy as you have shown us mercy, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Psalm 27:13-14 Everlasting God, Creator of all, we see your goodness all around us and we thank you with all of our hearts. Put your strength in our hearts, help us wait for you and your perfect timing in worship and as we walk with you daily. Help us seek to follow you wholeheartedly, not only during times of battle, but also in our daily walk with you, O Lord. Give us the courage to respond in obedience whether you want us to act or to wait, to stay strong and courageous, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly. Psalm 5:3 My King and my God, thank you for being by my side each morning I wake, for never being out of reach and hearing my prayers before I even pray. Remind me not to take anything or anyone for granted and be thankful for each day I am alive, and for every blessing you have bestowed upon me and my family. Lead me, Lord, in your righteousness and surround me with your favor as with a shield each and everyday, I pray in Jesus' Holy Name. Amen

  Create   in   me  a pure heart, O God,  and renew a steadfast spirit within  me .  Do not cast  me  from your presence or  take your Holy Spirit from  me .  Restore to  me  the joy of your salvation  and grant  me  a willing spirit, to sustain  me .  Psalm 51:10-12 Have mercy on  me , O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion  blot out my transgressions,  wash away all my iniquity and cleanse  me  from all my sins.  Create   in   me  a pure and clean heart that longs for your righteousness, that trusts  in  you and  does your will with a willing spirit, I pray  in  Jesus' name.  Amen
