My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

  “This child is destined to cause the falling and rising of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be spoken against, so that the thoughts of many hearts will be revealed. Luke:34-35 Almighty, living God, thank you for the greatest gift to mankind, your Son Jesus. Help us seek His words that give hope, inspiration and light to our lives as the darkness of this world increases. Help us live our lives letting His words influence our hearts, our thinking and our actions, and give direction to the course of our lives. May your Holy Spirit fill our hearts so that, the same love, mercy and goodness of Jesus can be revealed through our lives, I pray in His Holy Name. Amen

  Tremble and do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. Offer the sacrifices of the righteous and trust in the Lord. Many, Lord, are asking, “Who will bring us prosperity?” Let the light of your face shine on us. Psalm 4:4-6 Lord God, lift up the light of your countenance upon me and let your light shine on me. Help me search my heart and hear your voice, remind me that you are bigger than any challenge I may face this year, O Lord. Remind me not to fear, but trust that you will bring prosperity in my life as I lovingly serve and obey your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Luke 2 :10-11 Sovereign Lord, we can't ever thank you enough for the good news of the birth of our Savior, we thank you that the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. Fill us with knowledge, understanding, wisdom and grace, compassion, and unconditional love, O God, help us treasure your word in our hearts and always be obedient to your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” Luke 2:13-14 Glory to you, O God in the highest heaven, for your amazing gift to all of us, for loving us with unconditional and eternal love. May your favor rest on us, O Lord, may your peace be with us as we glorify you, give you honor and praise, in the name of our wonderful Savior and Redeemer, Jesus, I pray. Amen

  The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14 Dear Father God, thank you for loving the world so much that you gave your one and only Son, that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life at your blessed side. Help us remember in the busyness of the holiday season that it is because of your grace and mercy that we, who believe in your Son Jesus, have been saved through him. May we walk in righteousness in your sight, may we be a blessing to those around us and bring glory to your name, I pray in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen

  Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel. Isaiah 7:14 Merciful God, I thank you for the greatest gift to mankind, I thank you for the chance you have given us to reconcile through your Son, Jesus. Deliver us from unrighteousness by the blessing which Christ brings, O Lord, teach us to be merry with good and kind hearts and may our hearts rejoice as we remember his birth, not just this season, but every day, in his precious name I pray. Amen

  But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you will come a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.’ Luke 2:6 Blessed Lord, ruler of all, I thank you for being my God and Savior, I thank you for coming to this world to deliver us and lead us to eternal life. Help me follow you and be obedient to your will, O Lord help me seek you and your heavenly riches with all my heart, and be grateful and thankful for all the blessings you have poured out on me, I pray in your Holy Name.Amen

  He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end. Luke 1:31-33 Most high God, thank you for giving us your Son, for the mercy and compassion you have demonstrated to us all. Help me bring glory and honor to your name while I wait for your everlasting kingdom, O Lord, and may your blessings be upon me and my loved ones as we walk the path that leads to your kingdom, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. Philippians 2:5-7 Lord Jesus, I humbly come before your throne of grace with a grateful heart, to thank you and give you praise for being my God, my Savior and my Redeemer. I ask forgiveness for my sins, O Lord. Make me your humble servant, guide my steps and help me walk in your likeness and help me keep my eyes focused on you regardless of what goes on around me, I pray. Amen

  Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all.  1 Chronicles 29:11-13 Lord our God, ruler over all things, we give you thanks for all the wonderful blessings you have given us and for loving us before we were even born. We give you praise and glory for your amazing, unconditional love, the hope you have given us and for being patient with us. I ask that you will continue to be with us always  as we continue to trust in you and walk in your ways doing your will, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen

  The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made through him. John 1:9-10 God of mercy and love, thank you for sending your Son to give us the true light that we may not walk in darkness. Thank you for being merciful and full of compassion, for loving us as we are, with all our imperfections. Help us walk in the light of your love, O God, help us be a reflection of your love, mercy and compassion, not just this holiday Season, but always, I pray in Jesus name. Amen

  May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 Almighty God, you are my strength and shield and my hope is in you. Fill me with your Spirit and peace as I walk through uncertain times in this dark world, Oh Lord Remind me to walk in victory knowing that with you, I can do all things and all things are possible, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8 Thank you for the greatest gift you could have ever given us, Father, your son Jesus Christ.Thank you for the promise of eternal life and your amazing blessings.Please help us to remember the hope you have given us, the peace and joy that only you can give, Father God.Help us to bring the wonderful news of Salvation to others, not only this season, but always,may they see Jesus in us and in everything we say and do, I pray in His Holy name.Amen

  For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6 Mighty God in heaven, we will never be worthy of your love and your great sacrifice, but we are so very thankful that you sent us your Son, Jesus, our wonderful counselor, mighty Prince of peace into this world to be our Redeemer. May I proclaim the good news of Jesus' birth as I walk in His footsteps and bring you honor and glory in all I say and do, I pray in His Holy and precious Name. Amen

  He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done, but because of his own purpose and grace. 2 Timothy 1:9 Thank you, Father God, for your grace and love, for the gift of salvation through your Son, Jesus, my Savior. Thank you for the forgiveness of my sins and for bringing me closer to you, O Lord, fill me with your Spirit and love that I may live a holy life and continue to keep me in your loving care, I pray. Amen

  May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word. 2 Thessalonians 2 :16-17 You are my greatest encourager, Father God, and I am so thankful to have you in my life and thankful for the hope you have given me in your Son, Jesus, my Savior. Please continue to strengthen my heart, guide me and fill me with your amazing and everlasting love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 1 John 4:13-14 Praise be to you, Lord, Maker of heaven and earth, thank you for your great mercy and unfailing love for all your children, thank you for sending us your Son to save us all. May we be filled with your Spirit and love that we may witness to others with our daily actions, O God, may you live in our hearts as we walk in obedience and have your blessings and prosperity, I pray in the precocious name of your Son, Jesus. Amen

  The Lord always keeps his promises; he is gracious in all he does. The Lord helps the fallen and lifts those bent beneath their loads. The eyes of all look to you in hope.  Psalm 145:13-15 My God and King, you are merciful and compassionate, you keep your promises, which never fail. I will praise your name forever, I will meditate on your majestic, glorious splendor and your wonderful miracles. Thank you for sustaining me, O Lord, for helping me up when I fall and lifting me when I am so bent beneath the load that I feel that I cannot continue. May my faith and hope in you continue to grow as I continue to trust in you and keep my eyes on you, I pray in Jesus' name.
