My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

  How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! I gain understanding from your precepts; therefore I hate every wrong path. Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. Psalm 119: 104-105 God, our Father, thank you for your Word and promises, thank you for making me your child, for your loving care and unfailing love. Please continue to guide my feet, and light my path, O Lord, open my eyes to the wonders of your Love that I may serve you with a willing heart, live in me, help me be more like you and follow you all the days of my life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  ​ He has made everything beautiful in its time.  He has also set eternity in the human heart;  yet no one can fathom what God  has done from beginning to end.  Ecclesiastes 3:11 Loving and gracious Father, I can't fathom how amazing and great you are and all you have done for me. You who created the heavens  and the earth and everything in it, but yet, cares for each and everyone of us and what we are going though.  Help me remember that everything will be made beautiful in your time, O God, give me  patience  and straighten my faith  while I wait for your perfect timing, fill my heart with your joy and hope, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  And my God will meet  all your needs  according  to the riches of his glory  in Christ Jesus.  Philippians 4 Gracious and loving Father, I thank you for being my provider, and for reminding me that you will meet all my needs.  I thank you for the  blessings  I have received  and for the  blessings  yet to come.  Help me be a good steward over all that you have given me, O Lord,  please continue to strengthen my faith and  bless  me  as I walk in your ways and trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 Loving Father in heaven, I am so grateful to know you, to know that this world is only temporary and that your kingdom is eternal. Help me seek your kingdom and your righteousness with all my heart, O God, keep reminding me that you will take care of everything else in my life and everything will work for my good and according to your purpose and holy will, I pray in Jesus, name. Amen

  Turn to me and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love your name. Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me. Psalm 119:132-133 You are righteous, loving LORD, all your words are true and eternal, your compassion for all is great. Direct my path according to your promise, that my lips may overflow with praise. Let no sin rule over me and fill me with your Spirit as I put my hope in you, I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen

    How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them!  Were I to count them,  they would outnumber the grains of sand  when I awake, I am still with you.  Psalm 139:17-18 Thank you Lord for not seeing my imperfections, for loving me unconditionally and not based on my behavior,  thank you for being with me each day and for pouring your blessings on me.  May I walk humbly before you today, O God, may I love and forgive others as you do  and may you transform me and use me for your kingdom, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  Today you are going into battle against your enemies. Do not be fainthearted or afraid; do not panic or be terrified by them. For the Lord your God is the one who goes w ith you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory .” Deuteronomy 20:3-4 Merciful father, thank you for reminding me not to live in fear, panic or be terrified of anything, but keep reminding me that you will fight any battles I face. I know that the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy my peace and my joy, but you are the one in control, your ar my help and my defender. Renew my strength and fill me with your peace, that I may remain at rest, I turn everything over to you Lord, the God who over rules, who gives us  victory  over our enemies. Go before me, O God, bless me and keep me in your loving care I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  The Lord is enthroned as King forever.  The Lord gives strength to his people;  the Lord blesses his people with peace.  Psalm 29:10-11 King of kings and Lord of lords, praise be to you, O loving God almighty, thank you for your amazing love. I ask that you bless me and give me your peace when m y spirit feels overwhelmed .  I put everything into your mighty hands and trust that you will strengthen my soul each and every day, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  Pray that the Lord your God will tell us where we should go and what we should do. Jeremiah 42:3 Father God, thank you for being there for me always, thank you for your blessings, for teaching me your ways and hearing my prayers. I ask that your Holy Spirit will continue to guide me and teach me the way I should go, O Lord, that you encourage, protect, help me and keep me in your loving arms as I put my trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  In their hearts humans plan their course,  but the Lord establishes their steps. Proverbs 16:9  Almighty God in heaven, Creator and giver of all, I know that we can make all the plans we want for our lives, but only you can establish our steps, only you decide what our future holds and what is better for us.Thank you for loving us so much, for knowing the desires of our hearts and wanting the best for us, O Lord.Help us to trust in you always, to know that we can make our plans, but we need to pray and leave everything in your hands and you will do what is best for us according to your perfect will, I pray in Jesus' name .Amen

  For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,”made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ. 2 Corinthians 4 Merciful Lord, let your grace and love shine in our hearts and give us the light of the knowledge of your glory. May we be a reflection of your shining light in this dark world, O God, may your light shine through when all seems dark in our lives that we may see your glory and be filled with hope, grace and love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  ​ But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives  in Christ’s triumphal procession  and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere.  For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those  who are being saved and those who are perishing.  2 Corinthians 2:14-15 Lord, thank you for leading me into a triumphal procession and using me to spread the aroma of your knowledge .  May my life reflect my gratefulness for your precious gift in Christ Jesus, may I become a sweet fragrance to you, Father.  Help me show your glory in all I do and to proclaim your salvation to those around me, may I be comfort to the hurting and the lost  and may I bring encouragement to those who need it each and every day, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

  Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has given me victory.” Isaiah 12:2 Father God, sometimes our situations seem so hopeless, scary and impossible, but I am so thankful for your amazing promises and strength.I am so thankful that I know you are bigger than any of my problems,worries and fears I face.Teach me to trust in you, even when I cannot see or understand your plans. Remind me to bring everything to you in prayer and not be overtaken by discouragement or fear, O Lord, and use every situation in my life for your glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  I look up to the mountains— does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth! He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber. Psalm 121:1-3 Precious Father in heaven, thank you for being my help, my rock and my salvation. Watch over my life, keep me from harm, let me feel your loving arms around me. Tho the valley may be dark, the shadows deep, keep reminding me that you never slumber, you are always watching and listening, O God, that you will always be with me through trials and through victories and I will never be alone, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love.God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. And as we live i n God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. 1 John 4:16-17 Mighty Father in heaven, thank you for loving us with everlasting love, thank your peace and comfort. Thank you for reminding us that you are always faithful, that your love will always surround us.Help us seek a deeper relationship with you, O God, that our love for you may grow more perfect each and every day,I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

  Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me. I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue. If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened; but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer. Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me! Psalm 66:16-20 Praise be to you, Mighty God, creator of heaven and earth, you who hears our prayers daily and answers them according to your Holy will. Cleanse my heart, O Lord, take away anything that separates me from you, anything that would hinder my prayers and fill me with your eternal love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. James 5:16   Thank you Father in heaven for reminding us how important it is to pray for each other, and for the privilege and power of prayer. Hear our prayers, O God, bring healing to those who are sick, those who are hurting and those who are lost. Help us be righteous in your eyes, help us be patient, loving, forgiving and understanding and continue to hear our prayers as we humbly and obediently come before your throne of grace and give your honor and glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father. Now you are no longer a slave but God’s own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir. Galatians 4:6-7 Father God, I thank you for making me your child, for making me an heir to your kingdom, to receive your blessings and your goodness. You have chosen me and adopted me with all my imperfections and I am thankful and grateful to you. Pour your Holy Spirit on me, O Lord, remind me not be a slave to sin or fear, but remind me that nothing on earth is worth loosing my salvation, or my eternal inheritance, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” Zephaniah 3:17 Most High God, yours is the kingdom and glory and I am thankful that you are my King, my Savior, my healer, my strength and my salvation. Thank you for reminding me that you will calm all my fears, that even when I don't see it, you're working in my life. Fill me with your peace, with your love, with joyful songs, with gladness knowing that you are the God of peace and miracles, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies. Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it. The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. 1 Peter 3:10-12 Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer, help me search for peace and do what is good in your eyes, set a guard over my mouth, keep watch over the door of my lips, do not let my mouth lead me into sin, instead, put your word in my heart that I may be a faithful and fruitful servant and you may delight in me. Help me be swift to hear, but slow to answer, O God, may my words be kind and gracious and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6 Lord God, maker of heaven and earth, you are my God and my Father, and I am so thankful for your promises.Keep reminding me not to fear, but to trust in you, to seek you with all of my heart in all I do.Help me be the child you called me to be, help me be strong and courageous and remember you walk beside me and will never leave me or forsake me, I pray in Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen
