Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58 Merciful Father, help me focus on the things of your kingdom and remember that noting I do for you is ever in vain. Strengthen me and fill me with your Spirit, O Lord, help me stand firm when I face difficult situations and trials of this world. Keep reminding me that I am a child of the living God, the one true King and Lord of the universe and nothing is impossible for you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I will praise you, O LORD, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples.For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and let your glory be over all the earth. Save us and help us with your right hand, that those you love may be delivered. Psalm 108:3-6 Your Love is great and unfailing, more than we can ever imagine, Lord, and I thank you with all my heart.Be exalted, O Lord, for you are mighty and merciful and always ready to forgive all my sins.Forgive my sins, Father God, save me, bless me and never leave me, I pray, in Jesus Holy Name.Amen

But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Luke 2 :10-12 Sovereign Lord, we can't ever thank you enough for the good news of the birth of our Savior, we thank you that the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. Fill us with peace, joy, knowledge, understanding, wisdom and grace, O God, help us treasure your word in our hearts and be obedient to your will, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

An angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. Matthew 1:20-21 Thank you, merciful Father in heaven for Jesus, your only Son, for his gift of salvation. I confess that I am a sinner and I ask for forgiveness of my sins, O Lord. Keep reminding me that there is nothing on this earth that equals the gift you have given us and keep me walking the path the will lead me to an eternal life with you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son,and will call him Immanuel. Isaiah 7:14 Merciful God, I thank you for the greatest gift to mankind, I thank you for the chance you have given us to reconcile through your Son, Jesus, our wonderful Redeemer. Deliver us from unrighteousness O Lord, teach us your ways, purify our hearts and help us to do your will. May our hearts rejoice as we remember and celebrate our Savior's birth this season, I pray in his precious name. Amen

It is so amazing to know that you love us so much that you would send us a Savior to deliver us from our sins and show us the way to redemption. Help us remember that you are always with us, O God, and that celebrating the birth of our Savior is not just for Christmas, but each and every day, all year long, I pray in Jesus precious' name. Amen

For unto us a Child is born unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. and His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end. Isaiah 9:6-7 Mighty God in heaven, we will never be worthy of your love and your great sacrifice, but we are so very thankful that you sent your your Son, Jesus, our wonderful counselor, mighty Prince of peace into this world to be our Redeemer. May I proclaim the good news of Jesus' birth as I walk in His footsteps and bring you honor and glory in all I say and do, I pray in His Holy and precious Name. Amen

But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,  are by no means least among the rulers of Judah;  for out of you will come a ruler  who will shepherd my people Israel.’  Luke 2:6 Blessed Lord, ruler of all, I thank you for being my God, my  Savior and my Shepherd ,  I thank you for coming to this world to deliver us and lead us to eternal life.  Help me follow you and be obedient to your will, O Lord and help me seek you with all my heart, I pray.  Amen

But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.” Luke 1:30-33 Merciful God, I want to find favor in your sight, I want to be obedient to your will and trust in you even when I don't understand, just as Mary did. May I bring glory and honor to your name while I wait for your everlasting kingdom, O Lord, may your abundant blessings be upon me and my loved ones always, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14 Dear Father God, thank you for loving the world so much that you gave your one and only Son, that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life at your blessed side. Help us remember in the busyness of the holiday season that it is because of your grace and mercy that we, who believe in your Son Jesus, have been saved through him. May we walk in righteousness in you sight, may we be a blessing to those around us and bring glory to your name, I pray in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen

Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:4-5 Thank you Father God, for choosing me, loving me and adopting me before you even made the world, thank you for your kindness, grace and the forgiveness of our sins. Please continue to shower us with kindness, along with wisdom and understanding, O Lord, that we may be holy and without fault in your eyes, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,”made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ. 2 Corinthians 4 Merciful Lord, let your grace and love shine in our hearts and give us the light of the knowledge of your glory. May we be a reflection of your shining light in this dark world, O God, may your light shine through when all seems dark in our lives that we may see your glory and be filled with hope, grace and love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Joshua 1:8 Thank you heavenly Father, for your words of encouragement, for your amazing promises and everlasting love. May I keep your your word deep within my heart and meditate on it day and night, O Lord. May I be obedient to your will as you strengthen me and fill me with your Spirit that I may receive your abundant blessings, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​​And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6 Father in heaven, I thank you for the privilege of prayer, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to know you and love you. Help me walk by faith daily and seek you with all my heart, help me remember that you always have something better for us and will only give us what is best for us, O Lord. May my actions be pleasing unto you today, strengthen my faith, bless me, walk beside me and guard my steps that I may receive your rewards, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul? Matthew 16:26 Blessed Lord in heaven, you are the Living God, full of compassion and mercy and your eternal reward is priceless. Teach me your ways, O God, help me remember that nothing this world has to offer will give me eternal life. Help me follow you with all of my heart and soul and seek your heavenly treasures, that I may receive your abundant blessings, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? Luke 12:25 Merciful Father, you are our righteous Savior, our strength, our shield and nothing is out of your control. I ask you to please help me remember not to worry about anything because you are already at work, even if I cannot see it. I humbly put all my worries and fears at your feet, fill me with your heavenly peace, O God, remind me that you will fight all my battles for me and give me victory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Though the LORD is exalted, he looks kindly on the lowly; though lofty, he sees them from afar. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life. You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes; with your right hand you save me. Psalm 138:6-7 Blessed Lord of heaven and earth, I thank you for your mighty love and protection. I thank you for saving me and watching over me every day that I may worship your Holy Name, my King of all kings. Stretch your loving hands to keep me safe, O God, help me walk in obedience to your will and bring you praise and honor in all I say and do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Turn to me and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love your name. Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me. Psalm 119:32-33 Almighty and merciful Lord, direct my footsteps each and every day, teach me your ways. May your unfailing love fill my heart with joy and peace, Oh Lord, may sin have no dominion over me. Be gracious to me according to your promises as I walk in righteousness before you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​For everything in t​For everything in the world – the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life – comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives for ever. 1 John 2:16-17 Heavenly Father, keep reminding me that everything in this world will pass away, but your promises and love will last forever. Give me a humble heart, O God, help me do your will and not lust after the things of this world. May your desires be my desires, and may I not walk in the flesh, but in the spirit that I may have eternal life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Blessed be your glorious name, and may it be exalted above all blessing and praise. You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you. Nehemiah 9:5-6 Blessed Lord in heaven, you are faithful, merciful and mighty, and I am thankful to know that everything is under your control and nothing formed against me shall stand when I surrender my life to you. Remind me to hold on to your promises and trust that you will always be by my side, O God, may your loving kindness and mercy be with me and may your Spirit fill my heart, with joy and peace, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.  So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord.  And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him  as we are changed into his glorious image.  2 Corinthians 3:17-18 Glorious Father in heaven, all of creation is a reflection of your amazing glory and love.  Remind me that anything that reflects hatred, violence, greed and envy is not from you.  Change  my  heart and spirit, O Lord, make me more and more like you each day  and change me into your glorious image . May  my  desire be to be a reflection of your love in all that I am and all that I do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Romans 8:6-9 Lord, helps us remember that you have given us victory over the flesh and that sin shall not have dominion over us. Don't let us walk in spiritual defeat, Father God, but give us the ability to fight the spiritual warfare within our hearts. May our minds be governed by your Spirit and be filled with life and peace as we submit to your will and live to please you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I cry aloud to the Lord;I lift up my voice to the Lord for mercy. I pour out before him my complaint; before him I tell my trouble. When my spirit grows faint within me, it is you who watch over my way. Psalm 142:1-3 Loving and merciful God in heaven, you are righteous and faithful in all your ways and I thank you for hearing my prayers, I thank you for being my refuge and help. When my spirit grows faint, fill me with your strength, show me the way I should go, O God, for to you I entrust my life, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.” Hebrews 12:28-29 Heavenly Lord, we give you thanks for all that you do for us, for your promises, for your amazing power and your everlasting kingdom that cannot be shaken. Help me never to fall short of your loving grace and continue to walk with me and bless me, as I put all my faith in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify Him with Thanksgiving. Psalm 69:30 I give thanks to you, O God, for all of your wonderful blessings.Thank you for my life, my family, my health and well being. Thank you for one more day of life, Lord, another opportunity to serve you. Thank you for the freedom we share in this blessed country. Thank you for your mercy and grace, for your unfailing, unconditional love. Thank you, for your encouragement and wisdom. Thank you for your promises and protection, but most of all. Thank you, Lord, for giving me the best gift of all, eternal life at your side! Amen

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalm 100:5-6 I praise you, my Lord and Mighty God, with all of my heart, I give you thanks for everything you have given me, for every breath I take, for every blessing you have given me and for making me your child. You are good and your love endures forever, may your faithfulness continue with us, through all generations, O Lord, may we continue receiving your mercy and grace as we praise your name and give you honor and glory, I pray in Jesus' name. You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you. Hear my prayer, Lord; listen to my cry for mercy. When I am in distress, I call to you, because you answer me. Psalm 86:5-7 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for your abounding love, for hearing my prayers and answering them according to your will. Teach me your way, Oh Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; save your servant who trusts in you, bless and keep me under your loving care, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me.I will protect those who trust in my name. When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them. Psalm 91:14-15 Blessed Lord in heaven, thank you for your promises, your unfailing and unconditional love and for your protection. Please continue to bless me, O God, bless my family and my loved ones everyday. Protect and keep us from harm, keep us under your loving care as we trust in you and learn to be patient waiting for your perfect timing, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​The Lord is enthroned as King forever. The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace. Psalm 29:10-11 Lord God, I'm thankful for your kingdom of righteousness, peace and joy, I ask that you bless me and rule in my heart. Give me the peace that surpasses all understanding, peace that only you can give, O God, rescue me when my spirit is overwhelmed within me and fill me with your amazing peace that I may praise through trials of life. May I commit everything into your mighty and loving hands that you may strengthen my soul, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty.  I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation,  whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.  I can do all this through Christ who gives me strength.  Philippians 4:12-13 Dear Jesus, I am so thankful that I always have you and your amazing love. I have so much to be thankful for each day I get to wake up and praise your name. You are my strength and my courage, O Lord, I thank you for being the author and finisher of my faith. I thank you for all the blessings in my life and ask that you continue to be with me, strengthen my faith and keep reminding me that I can do all things with you at my side, I pray in your Holy N ame, Amen

​​The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him. Exodus 15:2 Lord, you are my God, my strength, my defense and salvation and I will praise you, I will exalt you and give you thanks for you are good and you are merciful, your love endures forever. Help me seek you with all my heart and walk an obedient life, O Lord, bless me, be my strength and my defense and do not let me stray away from you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 1 Timothy 6:12 Blessed God, my Ruler, King of kings and Lord of lords, to you be honor and might forever. I thank you for calling me to be your child, I thank you for your loving kindness and mercy towards me, a sinner. Help me walk in your righteousness, O God, help me fight the good fight of faith and live without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, I pray in his holy name. Amen

The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7 Thank you, Father God, for your promises, thank you for the peace that only you can give, O Lord, peace this world could never understand. Help me not to be anxious about anything, but trust that you are already at work in my life, to rejoice and be thankful for all that I have, all that you have done for me and all that you will still do for me, guard my heart and mine, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. “All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish. Though you search for your enemies, you will not find them.Those who wage war against you will be as nothing at all. For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isaiah 41:10-13 Thank you Father God, for your encouragement and promises, for assuring me that you will always be with me and will uphold me in your righteous hand. Help me not to live in fear, O Lord, but strengthen my faith and keep reminding me that your are Lord of all and my God and I am always under your loving care, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

​For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Hebrews 4:12 Lord, your word is truly living and powerful, it penetrates our hearts and minds and it applies to us today as much as it did to your children thousands of years ago. Give me hunger for your Word, O God, give me wisdom and understanding that I may use it to bring hope to others and not as a weapon against them. May your wonderful, powerful and living word be a guiding light in my daily walk with you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
