My Daily Inspiration Bible Verses

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. Matthew 5:6-9 Father God, give me hunger for your precious Word and thirst for your righteousness, fill me with your blessed Spirit and purify my heart.. Help me be peacemaker in troubled times, loving and merciful, O Lord, walking in the footsteps of my Savior, that I may be worthy of being called your child, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

As for me, I call to God, and the Lord saves me. Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress,and he hears my voice.  He rescues me unharmed from the battle waged against me.  Psalm 55:16-18 Blessed Lord in heaven, I thank you for hearing my prayers, I thank you for being so merciful to me and for saving me from my troubles. I humbly come to your throne of grace to ask that you will continue to watch over me, to watch over my loved ones who are in distress, who are hurting and who need you as much as I do, O God. May your loving hand be upon us today and every day, may you heal our wounds and broken hearts and may your angels watch over us as we put all our trust in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Your unfailing love, O Lord, is as vast as the heavens; your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds. Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the ocean depths. You care for people and animals alike, O Lord. How precious is your unfailing love, O God! Psalm 36:5-7 Father God, I will never be able to comprehend how merciful your love for us is, it never fails and it never runs out, you loved us before we even knew you and you care for everything and everyone you created. How precious indeed is your unfailing, unconditional love, O God, draw me close to you with loving kindness and pour out your unfailing love on me each morning you have blessed me with a new day of life, that I may bring you honor and glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Now that you have obeyed the truth and have purified your souls to love your brothers sincerely, you must love one another intensely and with a pure heart. For you have been born again, not by a seed that perishes but by one that cannot perish—by the living and everlasting word of God. 1 Peter 1:22-23 Gracious and loving Father, thank you for making me your child, for allowing me to be born again, to be born of your Spirit and love. Help me love intensely and with a pure heart, help me remember that your word lasts forever and that your love and promises are everlasting. May I stay obedient to your will for my life, O God, may I bring you glory and honor in all I do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.

And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. To our God and Father be glory forever and ever.  Amen. Philippians 4:19 Merciful Lord in heaven, blessed be your name in all the earth, I thank you for being my provider, for supplying all of my needs according to the riches of your glory. I know I don't deserve anything, O God, but I am thankful for your unconditional love and mercy.May my faith continue to grow as I see your mighty hand in my life, I pray in Jesus, my Savior's name, Amen

Give to the Lord the glory he deserves! Bring your offering and come into his courts.Worship the Lord in all his holy splendor. Let all the earth tremble before him. Tell all the nations, “The Lord reigns!” The world stands firm and cannot be shaken. He will judge all peoples fairly. Let the heavens be glad, and the earth rejoice! Let the sea and everything in it shout his praise! Psalm 96:8-11 Loving Father in heaven, creator of heaven and earth and everything in it, I praise you for being my God, my King and my Savior, I want to give you glory and honor and thank you for everything you have done for me and everything you have given me. May I feel your tender love and mercy every day, O God, and may I be reminded of your Majesty and splendor in everything you have created, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Look straight ahead,  and fix your eyes on what lies before you.  Mark out a straight path for your feet;  stay on the safe path.  Proverbs 4:25-26 Father God, mark a straight path for my feet and help me keep focused on the path you have set before me  and stop looking back at my failures or the wrong choices I have made.  Keep reminding me, O Lord, that you are in control of everything and as long as I walk in your ways,  everything will work out according to your perfect will, I pray in Jesus' name .  Amen

Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you. Isaiah 54:10 Father God, you are King of kings and Lord of lords, and yet you are my loving and forgiving father.  I thank you for loving me with all my imperfections and I am thankful for your compassion and unfailing love that will not be shaken. Please keep reminding me of your amazing love and promises, O Lord, let me feel your arms around me each and every day, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

The name of our Lord Jesus will be honored because of the way you live, and you will be honored along with him. This is all made possible because of the grace of our God and Lord, Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 1:12 Father God, thank you for your amazing grace and eternal love, thank you for sending your Son that we may learn how to live and how to love one another. May my every desire for goodness and every deed be prompted by faith and love for you, O Lord, may I bring you honor and glory in everything I say and do that your holy name be glorified, I pray in Jesus' precious name. Amen

He has saved us and called us to a holy life— not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time 2 Timothy 1:9 Eternal King, you are merciful and mighty, may we give you honor and glory for ever and ever.  Thank you for your abundant mercy and grace, for loving and choosing us before the beginning of time. May we be thankful for each and every day we get to wake up and praise your Holy Name, I pray in Jesus' name.  Amen

Encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. 1 Thessalonians 5:13-14    God of grace, we come to your throne of grace, to ask for decrement in our lives. We ask that you empower us with your Spirit, to help us be encouragers,  to help the weak and those who are hurting and fell alone are struggling.      Help us to be more like you and strive to do what what is good in your eyes, not ours, I pray in Jesus name. Amen

He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding, but he that is hasty of spirit show their foolishness. Proverbs 14:29 Lord, guard my lips and give me patience and understanding, help me be slow to anger and think about the words that come out of my mouth before I speak. Help me remember that we are all your children and you love us all, O God, strengthen me with your Holy Spirit and bless me. May I be a blessing to others and may they see your love in my actions everyday, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength. Nehemiah 8:10 Lord, you are my rock, my strength and my shield, a fortress of salvation and my heart trusts in your Holy Name. Bless me with your loving kindness, O God, fill me with your Spirit and strength, remind me that my joy, comes from you, and you alone. No matter what goes on around me and how things look today, help me keep my faith in you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.  James 1:5-7 Merciful God, I need the wisdom that can only come from you, please remove any doubts and fears from me, O Lord, help me believe with all my heart that you will do as you have promised,that you are still in control and we are all under your loving care and mercy, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12 Thank you Jesus for coming to this world to be our light and our salvation and to guide us to eternal blessings .Thank you for loving me more than I deserve, thank you for your mercy and grace.May I walk as child of light and not of darkness, may I be a sunbeam for you to those who walk in darkness, I pray. Amen

​When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:17-18 Thank you merciful and loving God in heaven, for hearing our cry for help when we need you, for delivering us out of our troubles and healing our wounds. My heart and soul rejoice knowing that we are not alone because we have you, O Lord, and for the hope of a better world without pain and sorrow. Be our stronghold in the time of trouble and save our crushed spirits that we may walk in victory, rejoice and give you glory, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14 Thank you for reminding me that my words and thoughts should bring honor and glory to you, O God.Help me be mindful when I speak, to choose my words carefully at all times and use them to encourage others and be a blessing to them, not to argue or criticize, even when we don't agree. May my words be pleasing to you, O Lord, that I may not sin against you, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. James 1:1-4 Father God, sometimes is hard to consider pure joy when we are facing trials and going through the storms of life, but I thank you for reminding me that you are working on me, and that the battle is not mine, but yours and with you at my side I will persevere. Help me stand firm in faith and joyful, believing that you will fight every battle and bring me through any circumstance, O Lord, let me praise you, not only when the battle is over, but also when I am going through it, I pray in Jesus name. Amen

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments. Deuteronomy 7:9 Lord God, you are faithful and just, slow to anger and abounding in mercy and I am so thankful for your blessings and tender love. May you continue to watch over me and my family, O Lord, may we feel your faithful love and protection surround us each day as we honor you in all we do, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
