He has saved us and called us to a holy life—
not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace.

Eternal King, you are merciful and mighty, may we give you honor and glory for ever and ever. Thank you for your abundant mercy and grace, for loving and choosing us before the beginning of time.May we be thankful for each and every day we get to wake up and praise your Holy Name, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
